Hugo is practically handed the holy grail right here. He can use the heart to sell it for money to achieve his dream of going to Zalem, but it's in this moment, when he sees her unbelievable act of kindness, her willingness to help other no matter what, that's what changes him. It's in this moment his character has an almost complete revelation about who he is and what he's been doing. He still makes mistakes after, but he accepts her heart metaphysically, but not physically. He is nearly changed. Him dying once and then again were his next two stages to redemption. Beautiful scene.

unfortunately you have to shop around. I saw a couple (both older women) and one was nice but we didn't click and one woman was just a straight up rude dick. I've been seeing a guy who is a marriage/family therapist and the others were psychiatrists. I don't know if that affects their methodology much but he's much more laid back, closer to my age range and our personalities mesh well. It's very possible that your therapist might not be a good fit (and they might not be very good at their job) but you're paying them, so don't feel awkward about telling them you don't feel like its working out.

I've been seeing that MFT for close to 5 years (off and on because I moved out of state for a couple years) but aside from one other patient I'm his longest patient.

That's more of an interpretation that I took. I imagine it would hum very softly in the same way you can hear a biological body breathe (and joints crack etc) but it doesn't make sense for them to put it in the movie since unlike the doll body scenes there aren't that many "discovery" scenes in the Berserker. One example though is the low hiss which happens when the excess plasma is vented. It's those kinds of noises which I think we'd hear more of in domestic contexts than in the film.
Also describing noise is an important part of writing since you can't show it in conjunction with pictures on a screen like in a film. It adds texture to stories in a way that other senses don't in my opinion.

Do note though that while it's not shown, we know that the doll body has mechanical clicking sounds very quietly which are only shown in movie when it's Alita alone during her wake up scene. I think it's not unlikely the Berserker might have something similar and we just don't get to see it for the sake of brevity.
