i watched last week. Good movie, i liked. Problems: they dont take the time to deal with some stuff (World and Character wise) and there is a part of the fight where its just effects and weird shit happening on the screen.

Honestly it was pretty great. You don't need to watch Super to understand the plot but maybe you are going to miss a few details, besides that, the movie is friendly with newcomers. The action is great, Broly is cool and Cheelai is really cute.

It's like a parody of what people who don't watch dbz think dbz is. It's like it was made specifically and exclusively for the Mexican audience, pure "fan"wank for people who were never really fans. Only Goku matters, and Vegeta is there too. No Yamcha, no Tien, no Krillin, No Gohan, No Bulma, Piccolo's voice makes an appearance and then he doesn't do anything. Frieza is made into a pure joke character, and Broly somehow has even less motivation to hate Goku but does anyway. If you like big flashy scenes that barely resemble the original artstyle of dbz at all then this movie is perfect for you, otherwise its pretty fucking shit.
