There's about 2400km from Eastwatch to KL which is about level with Dragonstone. That means she covers about 300 km in a day.
Jaenara Belaerys spent about a year and a half flying trying to find the end of Sothoryos, and she never found it. That means Sothoryos is about 2400*52*1.5 = 187,200km large, or 116 200 miles.

Or about 7 times the circumference of the Earth.

If you go with D&D's original sense of time, which they obviously have none, that means Dany covered about 2500km in 24 hours, which means over the course of her travels Jaenara covered about 2500*365*1.5 km, or 1,368,750 km, or 850,500 miles.

The king of Dorne could in theory claim the Iron Throne by conquest, but that situation would be an exception, not the norm.
