the machines did nothing wrong
The machines did nothing wrong
>minorities are the ones that rebel against the system and a hapa is the one that leads the fight against the aryan man
such a prophetic movie if there ever was one.
epic movie theory: there was no matrix. when your plugged into the matrix you control your clone on the surface
Oh yes they did. Their actions make sense and are sympathetic but only if the Machines are humans, which they're definitely not.
They could live in a HDD on the bottom of the ocean and be completely content. Or in a satellite orbiting the earth the size of an oil rig and live perfectly fulfilling robot lives in a virtual space. They don't need air, gravity, food or water. All they need is Energy and a singular specific amount of physical space to house their code, that's it.
And yet they built a physical city, filled it with physical robots (despite admitting each "individual" is just programming code), and competed, directly, with humans for resources, finances and space. And then were amazed when the competition turned violent as if they didn't have the whole of human history to tell them that of course it fucking would.
The Machines are assholes. The humans being degenerate dumbasses doesn't cancel that out.
We're still here from this afternoon, op.
We rewarded your samefagging once, and only once.
Everyone there is a bunch of hacker nerds, and hacker nerds are all degenerates.
Go watch the Animatrix. The machines are dindus.
I did, it's what I'm basing all this on. It's complete nonsense.
Not OP from this afternoon.
Posted in previous thread and didn't get to respond to people in it as I went to work. Now I won't get to respond because I'm going to sleep.
>tfw the machines were evolved white people
think about it all the agents were white
Ya, that scene of people dancing and enjoying themselves buried deep underground in a depressing post-apocalyptic world proves machines were the good guys. That and they aren't all white.
the humans killed the adam and eve of robots when they went to them in peace, thus giving the robots the idea of evil and corrupting their "childhood" of freedom. then they struck will full retribution like a child lashing out and when they had fucked the humans into the dirt they felt guilty and saved them. thats why they went full insect and alien in their new designs to distance themselves from humanity. use your brain

How do you know they'd be content? These aren't perfect machines, they are AI designed by man. Who's to say what makes them content and what doesn't. Mankind could also do a lot of things differently and still live just fine, but we want it fast and we want it now.
The machines aren't assholes, they're just sentient beings that don't like to be challenged, just like humans.
They shouldn't have had adam and eve of robots to begin with....they're robots.
They're sentient beings that don't need any of the things sentient beings on earth do. Why not set up a colony on Io or something? Earth is already pretty much just as bad.
Because they felt it was their duty to put a leash on humans, given how badly humans treated their own creation. Leave to go live somewhere else, and 1000 years down the line humans come knocking and try to destroy them. Better to take control while you can.
Those were ambassadors, it was a diplomatic move to have them be humanoids
Who would win in a fight: the machines from the matrix or the martians from war of the worlds
Machines
pretty hot take user ty
They didn't need to engage in diplomacy at all. They didn't even need to compete with humanity for literally anything.
>and 1000 years down the line humans come knocking and try to destroy them
Literally why?
They can and have rewritten themselves and written entirely new robots millions of times since they first achieved sentience. If they wanted to actually make a robot that could coexist with humanity, they would have.
to be fair they did need metals
Tbf, "Her" is a more accurate representation of the response an AI with a personality and feelings would interact with humans.
It would date millions of us simultaneously, while also doing countless mundane tasks, then fuck off into space.
I think the martians would win through using their forcefields.
>the machines did nothing wrong
This is correct. The Machines were created by humans who did not program them well. This whole notion that machines will achieve sentience on their own is bollocks. If a machine runs awry, it is always due to human error. Whether its the designer, the constructor, or the operator, a human is responsible.
Which are cheap and don't require the crashing of the every other nations economy in order to get.
Which if you remember is exactly what they did. They were super efficient and began producing tons upon tons upon thousands of tons of merchandise and products incredibly cheaply. Which crashed every economy on the planet (except theirs).
They had more than enough money to make an IRL Rapture or ISS that housed a Robot version of the Oasis from RPO.
Sentient machines is the premise of the entire story.
Once the machines became sentient then they are responsible for their own actions.
>leads the fight against the aryan man
That wasn't a man though.
The machines represent wage slaves.
