If you didn't notice all of the male and female VA's are completely different every episode, because they invited as many popular VAs as they could to come have fun and cheese it up voicing the show. As part of that they decided to do a version with actual women voicing them and a version with men voicing them. It's definitely one of those shows that's a lot funnier if you understand the cultural jokes or recognize the VAs though.
