Never knew such a thing existed.
Some comfy tunes
breasts
Stewart Copeland theme for the show is god tier and show itself was good.
To contribute something to the thread: Streethawk theme by Tangerine Dream, pioneer group in electronic music, they made lots of brilliant soundtracks to 80's movies and TV shows. This particular track is by Christopher Franke, who also made entire soundtrack of Babylon 5 in 90's.

Based bum notes
I refuse to watch the equalizer films cos of how they don't get the original theme of the show.
The fall guy was great
Bimp
damn that's jamming
Jeeves and Wooster is great, hated having to watch it as a kid but as an adult the subtle humour is spot on.
>I refuse to watch the equalizer films etc
You're right to hold it in such scorn.
Meanwhile, the Rockford Files theme.
If you like the Fall Guy theme I think you've got to like the Dukes of Hazzard theme as well. THE MOUNTAIN MIGHT CATCH 'EM BUT THE LAW NEVER WILL.
I prefer the Blues Brothers version
>I refuse to watch the equalizer films cos of how they don't get the original theme of the show.
I haven't seen second film, but first one was pretty good. A rather bleak action film featuring Denzel fucking Washington. Probably closest thing to 70's and 80's action movies we can get from current year Hollywood. That alone makes the Equalizer movie pretty ironic. Denzel used to just ignore all roles in action movies and focus on quality drama movies in 90's. Shakespeare in contemporary setting and other shit with more artistic ambition than average Hollywood movies. Yet, in his older days he has become probably the closest thing to 80's action stars in contemporary cinema. Basically since Man on Fire his filmography has been filled with 80's and 90's Steven Seagal-tier brutal violence. If you are going to watch it, expect mobsters beaten to death billiard balls and other random everyday objects. One nice touch in the end of first movie is a classified ad on fucking craigslist referring to the original show.
As fan of the show, Edward Woodward was his own thing. A CIA agent that had gone totally native in Bongistan. To point where he drove Jaguar, 80's Jags had bit of tendency to have quality control issues. Denzel's McCall doesn't have that in the character.
>Edward Woodward was his own thing
I loved his long declamatory lectures.
Damn this is good
A show I've never seen, but the intro is a e s t h e t i c as fuck.

Midnight Caller is legit bro, it's literally like that intro in every episode, comfy as fuck. You gotta watch it at night though obviously.

AAAAaaaaaAAAAaaaaaAAAAAAAAAAA
she was so fucking hot.
Time to kick this thread up to the next level.
I recognize this song but can't remember anything about the show.
>That deformed claw.
He kept it well hidden for years
MORE 80S SYNTH
He did, I didn't know about it until long after Beadle's about was finished. Guy was based though, did lots of charity stuff.
Yeah, he was a likeable enough guy. Another bit of my childhood that's gone ffs.
No A team?
No knight rider?
they made tv shows just to advertise boomer activities back in the day...
Used to watch this with my long gone grandparents. Didn't start this thread for feels.
>literal nudist
Fuck yes
>Joe Fagin
Christ he could sing. Still can.
Too spooky for me
Wrong reply. Fucking phones.
Another great Thames theme

The fact that Deering and Ardala never had a sexy catfight on this show is just a crime.
Any old britafgs remember dick spanner, PI?

The Tangerine Dream version of the movie 'Legend' is the best one, and I'll fight anyone who says the longer, more boring version with the orchestral score is superior.
Did you mean to post about being spooked by the Tomorrow People theme? I know I was. Then there's this:
not in point of fact but with a title like that how good does a show really need to be?
Yeah, never heard of chocky desu.
It was brilliant.
Do you remember children of the dog star? Same era.
fucking boomers having fun and chill
John Wyndham? As in Day of the Triffids? And he wrote a kids book? Fucking hell that must be terrifying.
I don't, sorry. A title like that would certainly stay with me.
It was aus or new Zealand I think. Pretty sure itv showed it a lot in the mid 80s
If I listen to that even once I'll have it in my head for the next fortnight.
Have you ever, ever felt like this?
Have strange things happened,
Are you going round the twist?
Have you ever, ever felt like this?
Have strange things happened,
Are you going round the twist?
Well, have you heard the word,
About the bird and the spider.
That wiggled and wriggled
And giggled inside her?
Well, have you ever, ever felt like this?
Have strange things happened,
Are you going round the twist?
Have you ever, ever felt like this?
Why hasn't this been posted yet?
Techmoan does some good vids about the tape machine in that show.
Bump
Desu
The first movie made it even better.
