I didn't (and won't) see Captain Marvel so I can't comment on Brie, but yes, he's a shitty actor and is only there because of his looks. I recently tried rewatching The Winter Soldier for the first time since I saw it in theatres, since some people on this board say it's really good, and it was trash and he was trash in it. He has about six mannerisms he cycles through. He mostly just stands there with a blank look on his face as the faggy Russos linger on shots of his body (and avoid lingering on Johannsson's body because they don't want to be sexist).
