Been binging this show because I'm sick of being told how awesome it is. I'm at the part where they cured Alice from being evil. Is that really it for her being bad? She didn't fucking do anything. They kept building her up as some big bad, all she did was be annoying to that whiney guy. Is she really not going to kill anyone? What a fucking waste of a plot.
The Magicians
big tiddies
>I'm sick of being told how awesome it is
You must be around some real tasteless morons
i would taste dem tiddies
I'm starting to think so. This show is not good. I kinda liked the rapist demi god at first, but even he's not really doing much besides cracking jokes.
> I'm at the part where they cured Alice from being evil.
nice bait
show sucks dick should be immediately clear from the first episode or you're a big plen
nigger gtfo
this show sucks dick
I read the book and it's just harry potter but edgier and they have sex with each other and all the "drama" stems from that
What bait faggot? That's what they did. Out of nowhere whiney guy found a magical solution and now she's herself again. It's fucking retarded.
>awesome
???
this show is utter shit
I forced myself to watch the entire first season and it was just painful
i should have known from the get go thanks to the protagonists gay haircut
could only stand 3 episodes before I dropped it
the forced drama shows like this does really irks. doesnt matter how hot olivia taylor dudley is or how giant her tits are
>people solve things magically in a show about magic being real
jesus christ how horrifying
I was holding out hope. Buffy started out pretty shitty and that was one of my favorites.
Yeah, I haven't really enjoyed any of it. I've been sticking it out because sometimes good shows do have a shit start, but shit just seems the normal flow of this show.
Usually I'm the same way, but I did get talked into watching through to season two of The Vampire Diaries, Probably the gayest show I've watched, but I don't even care. Katherine made it worth it. She was so much fun.
why is she so smug bros?
look at those jugs
>MFW JUGGLESS THREAD
the suffering she's putting those buttons through should be considered a geneva convention warcrime
Show is ass dude. I made it like 5 episodes and then realized I wasn't enjoying it at all. Could be cool because I like magic academy settings but the magic whore friend is a lame subplot and the stupid Narnia book thing is annoying. I liked the bit with the butterfly demon so what a shame.
I literally only watch it for pic related the short skirt outfits turn her into a goddess
If they simply stated it's awesome they misrepresented it. Everyone I know that is a huge fan of the show knows its bad, but we celebrate in the fact that the writers know it too and have fun with it in as many ludicrous ways as possible. I would never mislead someone into thinking it's the pinnacle of TV though. It's possibly the pinnacle of self aware bad TV though.
I like the show.
Apart from the obvious shoe-horned liberalism with "ugh, another male"-type of thing it's cool.
Whoever plays Julia is garbage. She falls into the trap where she either plays playing bad really good, or is just shit. She's just shit.
The actor who plays the jewess (can never rememebr the naame) is also gaarbaage. That might be the script, since she's supposedly some "I'm badass and wreckless, but I get shit done"-type of character. But she always gets emotial, storms off, and does shit on her own which just happens to be really smart, but is done out of shortsighted revenge and gets angry when it has consequences and affect her negative in any way. Kill her off, already.
Anyhow, as said, the show is entertaining, and doesn't take itself serious in directions they take. Which sometimes is just a bore and snore.
The episode with a literal "but your'e a white male!" was stupid. Where a white guy played that he just wanted to know about Quentin and got lectured that since he's a white male he doesn't caare for anyone but a white male (projection) and we followed the side-characters and after learning about them, he totally was interested in it. But it was all a ruse and he was the supervisors supervisor and Penny got promoted.
It was the smug words use, the talk of cis and hetronormative, in a fantasy show, totally out of character.
I really like the show to be honest.
There's simply nothing else like it - the plots that come up are things you wouldn't have ever thought would be allowed on tv.
It's not the best or most artistic show around, but it's very entertaining.
