Journalists used to. Now you'll be hard pressed to find ANY news that isnt complete editorial.

Documentarians get a pass because they're coming from a certain premise. In other words, you know they have an agenda simply by it being a documentary. They're going to take one position or the other.

I think doc makers should be encouraged to be as editorial as they can, making blatant propaganda pieces for their point of view. May the best man win, hein?
