I agree season 2 wasn't as great as season 1 it's really hard to top The Terror. I did love all of the Superian moments and his parallels to Superman were great. Fucking died at the "can you read my mind, do you know what I'm thinking?" bit.
I'd agree that season 2 seems a bit worse than 1, but I'm still enjoying it quite a bit.

also did not enjiy how the tick look like some kind of physical manifestation of arthurs imagination - its not clear that it is, but there are room for speculate about it.
the best thing, by far, was that dude with the passive agressive gay boat. it was the kind of silly and absurd aspect that make the other incarnations of the character being good.

Something about the rights is messy. I think the cartoon had some issues with ownership and it's been an ongoing problem since then.

First season got chopped up into mini-releases. It was like an extended pilot test thing, amazon originals are not scheduled like TV or dumped like netflix so the one thing hurting any retention is their own faggotry.
