WHICH ONE WAS OR IS IT?!
WHICH ONE WAS OR IS IT?!
obviously X-Men if he's comparing it to another capeshit movie.
The Jok-Lion King
Endgame?
Xmen the new one
Hellboy.
Hellboy. We're already there.
I thought everyone was pretty sure this was going to be Dark Phoenix
X-Men or New Mutants.
This is the one.
Hellboi
This. No way it doesnt flop
>New Mutants
>ever releasing
Dark Phoenix
Yup
Hellboy obviously. Awful reviews and it's set to bomb hard
Of course its going to be that shitfest of star wars, at this point i only want this triology to end and make everyone forget about star wars FOREVER.
i wish it was star wars
>New Mutants
No way will Disney market or touch this.
Pre-screenings were good
>SOME MOVIE WILL BE BAD
t. john edward
not a major blockbuster
must be lion king or xmen more probably
It's going to be Dark Phoenix.
> The film was made as a part 1
> Multiple delays
> Reshoots constantly
> The cast attacked the MCU fanbase
> The entire plot leaked
> Franchise has returned to the MCU
> Marketting fucked it instantly.
Hellboy did not have a troubled production, it's just releasing to a 'meh' reaction because people wanted a Hellboy 3 rather than a shitty reboot that is afraid to try anything different
Joker wont be the sort of movie people are expecting, but the production has went well and the trailers have got people reacting 'ok' to it.
Lion King will be souless, but it had an alright production
Yeah, but it wasn't a major release. Not a "major blockbuster" type of movie.
except it isn't 'major' blockbuster. people hardly know about it
Alita Battle Angel, sorry incels :^)
Star Wars is not a major blockbuster anymore, it's a forgettable mess of a franchise with no hype and was so bad that nobody even mentioned it as an option prior to you.
>> The cast attacked the MCU fanbase
really?
Avengers: Endgame
Have sex
well it sure as hell isn't a Disney/Marvle flick since they have all the critics in their pocket
You know, judging by all the different comments and thinking about it a little bit, which major blockbuster movie wasn't a total disaster and completely shit in the last several decades? I can remember LotR being good, but other than that? Cape shit, nah. Action movies, John wick wasn't terrible but i wouldn't call it good. It's all fucking shit.
star wars would never be poorly reviewed much less "the most brutally reviewed"
>The cast attacked the MCU fanbase
kek, details please? the only good thing about these films is when the fans get abused.
Star Wars Episode IX: The Phantom Fuckup
Matrix
It's probably Dark Phoenix.
They have basically been trying to pretend they are going to be welcomed into the MCU and that the MCU would'nt dare recast them - insulting MCU fans for trying to claim otherwise.
The actress who formerly played Storm is most noticable and has even insulted comic fans by trying to claim that she is Storm and that her character will never be in a relationship with Black Panther (like the comics)
Endgame is a clusterfuck and went overbudget, but no. This will make money regardless and the fan service + emotional death of characters will get people to shill it.
At worst case scenario Dark Phoenix will have mixed reviews like Apocalypse.
It's probably Alladin. Guy Ritchie isn't lucky.
>Hellboy did not have a troubled production
wrong
the director literally left on vacation to chase some hoe and came back late, then the movie was delayed and there were extensive reshoots and money dumping to CGI a lot of shit when originally it was supposed to be mostly practical effects
fury road
and i would add the tintin movie from spielberg but i'm willing to bet people are gonna yell at me for that
Nu Wars IX
>Joker wont be the sort of movie people are expecting
That's what I've been thinking after seeing the trailer too. I have faith in Joakino, but it could easily be a marketing department bait and switch and the movie ends up being your average dull capeshit.
>have got people reacting 'ok' to it
That's an understatement. People are hyped as fuck for it now
>They have basically been trying to pretend they are going to be welcomed into the MCU and that the MCU would'nt dare recast them - insulting MCU fans for trying to claim otherwise.
>The actress who formerly played Storm is most noticable and has even insulted comic fans by trying to claim that she is Storm and that her character will never be in a relationship with Black Panther (like the comics)
stop being so gay ffs
Actors/actresses who played the X-Men have been very vocal on twitter about the idea that they are too important to be recast by the MCU.
Halle Berry (Storm) has been one of the more vocal about this on twitter, lashing out at those who remarked she would be recast. She also went on a massive rant when someone mentioned the idea of Storm getting married to Black Panther in the comics - stating that Storm needs no man and she will never be married to Black Panther in the movies.
Just generally they are throwing a bitch fit that they are no longer going to be X-Men.
> “No, I don’t think Storm needs T’Challa, and I think she needs her own movie,” she says. “It doesn’t have to be me, it just needs to be made. A woman does not need a man in order to give her validity and she has also been around longer than him.”
She said this after repeatedly saying that the MCU wont recast her and that she is the only Storm.
Bitching is so triggered that she's going to get replaced.
>Endgame
That would be awesome, actually. It would be the only interesting thing coming out from the MCU: their most expected movie being a total trainwreck.
But unfortunately it won't. Marvel already got a formula to please the masses.
The fuck's her deal? shouldn't she be excited at the prospect of moving over to the huge black panther series? Did she forget she isn't Storm for real and just an actress?
Aladdin
You guys forgot to point that MCU fans attacked Storm's actress because she is light skinned and were celebrating that she will be recast. She just lashed back.
MCU fans have been attacking this movie and its actors for years already.
