The movie wasn't good. Marvel trash in cyborg costumes but with worse sound design. The only way it could've been pulled of was with Paul

Okay, I just came back from my 10thhealing/public service. I have these four questions for the most wise Alita sages:
1.) Does Alita have a cell phone in her head? Some anons said I was mistaken, that the phone was in the helmet, like in the manga, but Hugo called once before the Motorball game started and Alita wasn't wearing her helmet. There were two times Ido called Alita and she wasn't wearing her helmet. What gives?
2.) When Zapan says that Alita 'filled out her applications forms', was he being sarcastic, or are there literally forms to sign out? I assume that was cut for time. So, Hugo was waiting outside for up to an hour while Alita was filling out paperwork? What do you think the form would look like and ask about? How would it effectively weed out scoundrels/unloyals from getting the badge?
3.) Did you notice there was no dialogue from Alita in the 'stretching out the berserker' scene?

Was this always meant to be wordless (which I think is a cool way of getting a character to emote and express without the need for words), or were lines cut?
4.) In the final scene with Hugo climbing up the, why did Alita warn Hugo to get down and hug the tube? She JUST had a vision where she law literally that same attack and she survived because of dropping down low.
