The reason I like movie Hugo more is because I never got the feeling that he ever really truly selflessly loved Alita. There's always a voice in the back of my mind that urges me to view everything he says and does as self-interested, even at the end. He's a conflicted, flawed character, and that's good writing.

yeah and that's why I like him more than Yugo. Yugo is so blindly focussed on his goal that it's hard to argue he even truly has affection for Alita. Hugo clearly loves her and proves it ultimately in the end. It's hard breaking old habits though and his habit was doing shady things. Maybe I'm projecting, idk but I think Hugo truly cared about her and placed Alita above himself even if it was too late for it.

The safe answer is AR-15. It's your do it all rifle. Parts are plentiful, it's powerful, yet very manageable and it also happens to be the most customizable gun ever. For handguns I would say Glock 19. I hate glocks, but I can't deny that they have earned their reputation. A close second would be the S&W M&P series.
