The disintegration was a mistake

The disintegration was a mistake.
All those dead bodies laying around would have had a much more brutal impact. People just disappearing is meh

holy shit dude you're so right, you should send an e-mail to kevin feige right now I'm sure this multi-billion dollar conglomerate would love to hire you for some of your brilliant ideas

having no bodies for funerals and ceremonies is much worse for people you retard

1. No it wouldnt
2. They aren't dead they are in the soul stone

try carring your dead, cold, limp child around town. I bet its harder than your child just disappearing into thin air.

No,the idea was solid but the execution embarassing. Looked like complete shit.

it looked fine autist

No, they should have turned into random things, like trashcans or bushes.

Yeah, but it's Marvel. It would scare all the children and manchildren.

It's a disney movie

It's for kids you fucking capeshitter

If it's for kids, why do you, an adult male, have tickets preordered for the next installment weeks in advance?

In the same movie you can see people get stabbed to death, Thanos killing half the population of a planet by execution, Thanos choking someone to death, Thanos torturing his daughter.

I think audiences could have handled people falling dead to the ground and laying around instead of disintegrating

Having them there one moment then completely gone the next is worse, I think.
Sure, in the sense of having to bury your child's corpse, maybe, but them just vanishing leaves so much more up to the imagination
Did they suffer? Are they still alive somewhere? Where did they go? Are they okay?
Death is death. You get over it. But completely vanishing... that's not something you can recover from mentally. Not to mention it's far more harrowing when it happens to everyone you know, not even people you are close with. They're just fucking there one minute, gone the next. No goodbyes. No final touches. No funerals. No closure.

no

China doesn't like skeletons

I don't know if they are in the stone, but they are not dead.

Yeah
Coz in the final movie when they reverse it; billions of corpses will awaken 6ft underground, dumbarse.

Nah, Science in comics is advanced enough where a cold dead body could be revived and brought back from death upsetting Thanos' 'balance'.
Complete removal of the body ensures that it stays dead.

Dilate.

>Everyone who was dusted on a plane or in a helicopter will awaken thousands of feet in the air
Based

Tell that to the people who pay for searches on fallen airplanes so they can have a body to bury.

In story the reason is that those bodies all around would create a mass amount of diseases that would affect the remaining 50%.

The real life reason is than you can't have a freaking amount of dead bodies on screen like in a holocaust movie when there are children watching it.

What about this scene with a child in it while 50% of her planet gets close range executed

I don't watch this shit, I'm not a hypocrite

I don't know, but mass-erasure-from-existance is way more existentially terrifying to me. Ties in to Thanos' economic/ecological motives - what are you gonna do with billions of dead bodies?

What does this even mean
