RDJ had middling success as Sherlock Holmes, but his other projects all failed to really do much, Hemsworth hasn't been in a good non-MCU movie for a decade, and Cumberbatch, despite all the Sherlock fangirls, was never going to be a real draw. Johansson even made a number of other films but none of them ever succeeded and she failed to prove herself as a boxoffice draw.
