Nah any Sharingan can do Izanagi or Izanami. You're probably thinking of Shisui's Kotoamatsumaki which can make anyone do something against their will and make it appear to them that it was their own choice. That's why all the Kage's instantly distrust Danzo when they find out he has Shisui's eye. Of course the limitation on Kotoamatsukami is the ability to use it only once like every ten years otherwise it would be too OP.

No one involved in that fight were in their prime besides Orochimaru, who still got outskilled. As depicted in that fight, there was no way Hashi would have been able to beat the GOAT Uchiha + The Ninetails.

I think that there's not a single well written character in the whole manga and as a whole it ranges from bad to mediocre, but I pick Bee as one of the most entertaining and overall enjoyable. Orochimaru is a funny guy too

Sort of. A big issue is that Kishi made up a bunch of a shit in the backend that contradicts a bunch of stuff from earlier in the series. Like Kakashi actually has a pretty good story overall, but nothing in the beginning of the series really shows that he was supposed to be pretty depressed at that time as he only came off as appearing to be apathetic but even that wasn't true.
