Marvel Cosmic movies are basically what I was waiting for my whole dang life. When Iron Man came out and they were talking about a cinematic universe this was the kinda shit I was excited about.

I legit consider this to be one of the worst mcu flicks.

I don't like it's disregard of the past Thor films. It feels like something was lost in trying to make Thor more "interesting" when he already had good arcs from the past movies. For better MCU movies, Most of the early films like Captain America 1or Iron Man 1 or the latter movies like GOTG or Winter Soldier. I want to make an argument that Thor 1 is better but people usually disagree.

The villain sucks. The hero sucks. The sidekicks REALLY suck. Especially that retarded valkyrie bitch. Wow drinking heavily and passing out, that's SO cool and quirky.

Ragnarok was garbage. Not everyone is blinded by flashy colors and pop songs. This movie was poorly written, the characters didn't even behave like they did in previous films (Banner especially), Thor's "It's about time!" line about female Valkyries, and everything about Valkyrie's "character". Everything is a snarky quip. Garbage SJW-infested trash. Made me start skipping several MCU films like ANT&Wasp, Spidey Homecoming and of course Captain Toefungus. MCU has been mostly snarky quipfests but the recent years of SJW bullshit ruined what fun was to be had. RIP MCU. And Taika Waititi voicing Korg was just fucking wretched. And of course Goldblum's right hand aide was a bulldyke.

I don't know. I think Thor had a consistent tone to him. He was still a bit pompous but his recent films made him better as a humble character. I feel like Ragnarok was too much of a leap to do. I think it cemented Marvel as close to a one trick pony. Their shallow quips is always inferior to natural/situational comedy. They always take away from the gravity of the situation and is completely useless. Shame. I thought they would be better but they only got worse.

Yeah, a loathe how it turned Thor and all of his lore into a joke. Even Banner and Loki became comedic character just so Taika could have his lulz, and that quip right after Asgard was destroyed is unforgivable.
