Antags got worse and worse each season. Brain and Doakes were the best since they hit close to Dexter, while people like Doomsday killer and the Brain surgeon sucked (Trinity was pretty good though).

season 3 was shit and season 4 was only good because of trinity. the rest is still pure garbage, but people forget about it magically because of trinity.

That ending was so bad, it took the entire show from a 9 to a 5. If anyone wants to watch, just stop watching after season 4. Literally nothing of note happens pst that.

It was pretty sad when the brain surgeon killed that zach kid, but im glad he wasn't a reoccurring character either, we already had that with the faggot who taught texter it wasn't a good idea to teach people how to murder

Most of the criminals that he kills are just conveniently forgotten about by the police department.

Yeah there was a lot of convenient shit in the series that ruins it when you really get down to it like that, as well as anyone who gets close to discovering dexter somehow dies and when when people follow that trail he kills them too or the antagonist does it

Didn't care for the season, but I thought the ending was ok. Something super showy or especially something "happy" would've been much worse, imo.

For me the whole relationship with Rita was irritating. Besides that, season 3 was boring, the last ~3 seasons were bland and the ending was shit. I don't get the hate for s5 though, it was great.

The ending was good, most of the final season sucked big time though. But Dex killing that guy in prison with the pen, and then Bautista letting him go was a pretty great sendoff
