3. Every day a mod pins a thread about diverse actors, directors or producers. You know, POC, LGBTQIAA+, the likes. People who as much as hint at having a problem with that: Permaban.
4. For the safety of marginalized people, wordfilter all ableist, transphobic etc curse words like retarded, gay etc.
5. In the long run, change the board to a subscription based service. No one posts without full (verified) address and full (verified) name. Any transgression at all? Actually v& them.
6. Encourage films of socialist USSR, mandatory sticky every week.

there's really no problem with the posts. the problem is the speed and amount of posts.
in 2008 Yea Forums reach 1000k posts or so. in 2013 it was like 15-25000k? thats like a million posts every half year, 5000 posts a day or something, 200 posts an hour where 30% was of high quality. then something happened. and now we are at 5000 posts an hour. and when 90% of the posts are uninteresting and of low quality it means it feels shittier even though the amount of quality posts has risen.

so limit the speed of posting and it will be better. The only way to do that is to eliminate the newfags. the way to do that is to spam more. So we have to posts more in order to fix tv.
