I listened to the Dear Evan Hansen music recently, and I didn't think any of the songs really stood out. They are all pretty good, but nothing amazing. Same thing with Hamilton, I think the musical is great but there's not really any stand out song. I wonder if that will impact how they will stand over time.
I haven't seen DEH though, I hear it's supposed to be really good.

La La Land was great. Not the best musical but better than Hamilton. Grease is super fun. I like Nightmare Before Christmas. The old opera Carmen is surely better than Hamilton. I havent actually seen Hamilton but my friends mom and my girlfriend have pretty much made me listen to the entire soundtrack. Not to sound contrarian or anything but I really doubt Hamilton is that great. 1. The people who go to see it in real life tend to be disgusting.
2. The timing of the play with all the racial politics going on.
3. The obvious gimmick of casting white historical figures as black (which is fine but I'm sure it's a huge reason why people are raving about it)
