There's a similarity in the first two images, okay. But the others? Dea was not Gwynplaine's mother. She was a blind girl who fell in love with him because she thought he was happy all the time, and he wound up cheating on her. I fail to see how this is a mother/son relationship, and the two images are nothing alike. And the third image has no similarities besides the curtains. Curtains which hold no symbolic or thematic meaning, and which aren't even composed similarity.
