It felt stagnant by season 4. It just the characters rotating roles (Protagonist girl becomes antagonist etc.). I dont know how accurate it is to the comic books but the story was just kinda going nowhere. I dont really know if the producers are waiting for something to move forward or if thats all to the story. Still havent watched the last 4 or 5 episodes.

I watched until the season finale where he lost his powers, after that I went off to Uni and didn't have a tv there so I never bothered catching up.

Haven't reached that part yet, still on the magical pregnancy and the resistance is starting to work together but while it's intriguing there isn't any real backdrop to fully understand what the royals control and why the resistance is working against the royals. The motivations are all very vague and we're supposed to sympathize with the resistance, why because they're the underdogs? Who are their leaders and why do they want to take the royals down? How did the royals consolidate their powers to begin with if they're just normal humans?
