Endgame

Guys you do realize how big this movie actually is?
This is going to be the next lord of the rings epos tier shit.
In 20 years people will think this is a master piece of art and cinema.
People will call this a classic.

This is literally the biggest movie since return of the king.

fuck yourself mouseshill. nobody cares about your avengers shit after chadzam!

But we already know it doesn't end with endgame.

>fuck yourself mouseshill
i dont give a fuck about disney you inbred fag
> nobody cares about your avengers shit
half the fucking planet does, even children in india who live in slums are gonna watch it
>after chadzam
you mean a grown up who had to act like a child chadzam?
yeah sure

I hate what they did to the hobbit. It could have been the second coming of adventurekino

I have a 2d imax ticket to Shazam tonight. More than I will be able to say for this overdone garbage.

>comparing capeshit to the LOTR trilogy

HAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHA JESUS FUCKING CHRIST HAHAHAHAHAHAHA

It'll be just MCU's ROTJ. Sure it'll be remembered, but it'll be really hard to top Infinity War.

oh shit

In a couple of years you wont even remember who Thanos is, OP.

It's the current "star wars".

>you mean a grown up who had to act like a child chadzam?
It's a child who gets an adult's body.

When you think about it, it is literally Manchildren: The Movie.

No it's childman: the movie, retard.

I don't think I know one single person who wants to see Shazam. Meanwhile everyone at my work wants to see it, most of my friends are going to see it or already got tickets, my parents already told me they got tickets for Endgame, and I managed to get opening Saturday night tickets for me, my girlfriend and my best friend and his little brother to see it.

I mean, I'm not expecting some kind of grandiose cinematic event, but come on. This is the finale of an over decade long era of pop culture, and everyone is going to watch it.

Doesn't understand the OP is taking the piss out of Endgame lmao.

More like Return of the Jedi meets Avatar.

I'd watch a Return of the Jedi with the production values of Avatar.

Not gonna watch it lol

LotR swept the Oscars, this won't

lol Shazam is flopping worldwide

don't you dare even mention something indirectly spawned from tolkien's mind with this soiboi bullshit

Avengers Endgame will make more than 3 Billion dollars at the box office.

Cap this post.

Honestly, who even cares about mcu after Shazam?

um.... millions of people including myself ?

Step aside, Avatar.

Who are you again?

>everyone
I stopped watching capeshit around GOT2, thor 3, etc. Didn't see IW in theaters, and couldn't care any less about Endgame. And this is coming from someone that was pretty hardcore about comics from when I was around 8 until Secret Wars ended a few years back (Hickman's Avengers/New Avengers run is unironically one of the best of all time). I'm glad you still enjoy capeshit, but between the paid "critics" and incentives, all of the actors being huge progressive retards, and most of all, almost all of the films being low quality shit on the level of the Transformers films, I can no longer bring myself to care. They made me grow to hate the hobby I had invested in for almost 20 years. But it is what it is.

This aged nicely, btw:

LotR movies were good though, not quite the same

>Disney doesn't buy the tickets because there's actual hype and people will really come to watch it (no empty theaters)
>it makes less money than Captain Marvel
Are you ready for the circus, Yea Forums?

lmao why is that bowman in the poster

You're memesting but Black Panther (((allegedly))) made more than Infinity War in the US lmfao

>dude endgame's gonna flop

>In 20 years people will think this is a master piece of art and cinema.
>People will call this a classic.
people will forget everything about it in a week like every other cape flick

I'm not saying it will flop, but I think it will be hilarious if a legit hyped up movie makes less money naturally than something like CM. No better way to expose Disney's dirty schemes than this.

>This is going to be the next lord of the rings

You´re delusional. LOTR is still a topic of conversation to this day. Nobody remembers the Marvel movies, except for some quotes and/or quips from A1. People don´t even talk about IW anymore and it's been only a year since it came out, and the few things people remember are memes about it: Spidey's "I don't wanna go", the Thanos' head thing, and that's it.

LOTR made a bigger cultural impact, with only 3 movies and in an era without YT, FB and Twitter. A year from its release nobody is going to remember cookiecutter Marvel movie #20something.

Let me guess, the good guys win? Wow, how epic.

This is a watershed to popular entertainment which will change movies forever. Action and Superhero films have taken the place of Hollywood epics like Ben Hur and Gone with Wind telling stories for the ages which audiences all around the globe can identify with. Storytelling in cinema has reached its absolute peak. We are now creating our own mythology, our own religion so to speak and the Gods are now superheroes from whom we gain strength and wisdom. The barriers are now broken for filmmakers to widen the horizon of cinematic experience and write the Gospels of a new age.

It's delusions 2bh. People comparing this flick to Return of the King are uncultured and below plebeian. And I'm not just comparing the movie to the flick, I'm talking the history of LOTR in general. Get a grip, Mouse shills.

I'm having trouble jumping on the hype train this time because I feel like they are hamfisting the story somewhat. Here is my concern:

Thanos beat the Avengers and gets the spoils of war. Now instead of being heroes, the survivors turn in to pissy little sore losers and go after him while he is in retirement? That is not heroic at all.
Thanos challenged you. You were at the top of your game. You were beaten. Fucking accept it and move on.

Oh and if these pricks undo Thanos' snap and they do not have a viable solution to the universe running out of resources I am going to lose my fucking shit. These dickwads are not heroes.

I hope I'm wrong

>you mean a grown up who had to act like a child chadzam?
Isn't that literally all superhero movies? It's just grown men running around in tights fighting other grown men or CGI big bads of the week. Shazam! at least knew what it was about and didn't try to be all serious about it.

I literally don't care about marvel anymore.
Dropped it at Ultron.

I forgot 99% of Infinity War except for BRING ME THANOS.

So will these Marvel movies ever actually end? Like now that Iron Man and Captain America are leaving will the interest drop?

RDJ brings in the middle age, female 45+ age crowd. His contract expires and he's going to move on after Endgame, so that removes half of the audience. Take away Chris Evans, a crowd pleasing actor who brings in the young female crowd, and you pretty much JUST'D the franchise.

This. And in 20 years, once this generation grows up pass the discernment levels of retarded infants, we will be able to prove that as well as LOTR cinematographic significance scientifically. Right now they are too stupid to understand propper movie analysis.
