For a real plot-issue, what's with the Grissom Gang seemingly being okay becoming the Joker gang? I mean, sure he strong arms them, but they barely resist, and Joker's plans seem to amount to making mayhem not making a profit. The Joker gang seems cult like devotion to Napier.

The only member of Grissom's gang that stayed with Joker was Bob, all the other guys in the gang were either rounded up by the cops at Axis or killed by Eckhart's team.
