Yes, they were trying to keep her on a leash, but I think it would have been more powerful if she had, IDK killed her whole team on an earlier mission by getting angry and energy blasting everything or something?

The culmination of her arc could have been her finally getting control of her emotions by using them productively, instead of suppressing them.

Why would I want to make big changes to a movie that's made over $1B in its first month? When movies reach that milestone, that typically means they were already done right.
