Just caught the rerun of Chain of Command on my local Fox affiliate. Still can't get over Dick Jones from Robocop getting a spot on the show. I hope Stewart got paid double to film naked. Really looking forward to the series finale though. Watched Masks the other night and this show is just dying a slow death. Glad they're not getting an eighth season so they can focus on Deep Space Nine.

Conundrum is unironically one of the best episodes in all of Trek. People always suck Inner Light's flute but it's only interesting because we see how an established character would adapt to a wildly different situation than they're used to, something Conundrum develops with a relatively minor character while contributing to her overall arc in the series. We learn Ro might be happy, and in love, if she could put aside her past traumas. However by the end of the episode she's regained her memories and returned to living in isolation, which makes her departure from Starfleet when she finds a purpose amongst the Maquis all the more inevitable.
Ro only had seven or eight appearances but she's one of the most strikingly powerful yet tragic characters in all of Trek.

Bashir was never well liked accept for the rare fanboy/husbandu/tumblrinas who loved his accent.
His acting was so bad in the beginning that there seemed to be three distinct moments when Sisko is almost eyeing him down for being such an on-screen pest.
He had his great moments though, that's for true. Like in The Quickening or his episodes with Sloan from Section 31. He also played a good enough friend for O'Brien but for the most part he was sort of a burden to watch and his mutant arc was only good for the three funny actors who played opposite him in two episodes.
I give him a 5/10.
