Pre-watershed it's cooking and celebrity stuff, post watershed it's sex and relationships. Occasionally they'll be a bit more inventive (they've actually got a series where it's literally just an ex-soldier with a camera going around seeing what it's like to be homeless for a month which I actually find entertaining), but this inventiveness normally manifests in shit like Sexbox, Naked Attraction, First Dates and the Mums Do Porn stuff.
