Honestly, I'm 100% okay with this casting.
They don't visually resemble the characters 1:1, but I can totally see them embodying the characters. Cho can do sarcastic pathos, and he'll look amazing pulling off Bruce Lee moves, Mustafa Shakir absolutely has the Smooth-as-butter-stern-as-steel thing that Jet needs, and Daniella Pineda's tooth gap is distracting, but she's got the same kind of damaged-goods, pain-is-fun look Faye has.
And I really don't see any TUMBLR CASTING complaints, because the original cast was ambiguously ethnic anyway.
I'm cautiously optimistic.
With some proper direction, this could be amazing.

Show should've ended with Hard Luck Woman. It was the emotional climax of the show. Ed going on her own with Ein, Faye finally finding her home and identity, Spike and Jet coming to terms that they care for people other than themselves.
Good Folk Blues, despite being two episodes, is really dull and has bad pacing issues. Honestly almost every episode involving Spike's past is dull. The only real highlight is the song "Blue", which is a great song that is almost Great Gig in the Sky inspired.
