I gave it a shot. The problem is a LOT of the hairs were less than a pixel thick, so I was forced to redraw them and I'm not the best artist.
Cutting handdrawn art is a lot different than screenshots or photos, since there's no blurry edge and a lot of the lines are interpretive.

It just needs to be more of a slow burn and maybe not Jazz Jennings but the premise isn't bad. Try to not reveal Hugo's plans so quickly, just have Alita suspect something is up for most of the story until the final reveal. Just a couple pointers but not bad.

Yeah, from what little I know/understand about the Primaris stuff, it's unnecessary and annoying.
I pretty much just discovered the lore this year (even though I had friends that played the game when I was a kid.) Mostly what I'm intrigued by now is how the IoM is going to go about trying to not get wiped out by the Nids, and what the other factions are going to do to likewise not get wiped out. The Tyranids are so ridiculously overpowered that I feel like some unholy alliances will be in order.

Hmm, that brings up another interesting problem, which is that Orks vs. Nids could be the closest thing to truly perpetual war possible in 40k, and in the event someone wins, they're going to be nearly impossible for anyone else to beat, since anything that doesn't kill either side only makes them stronger.
I think the Orks would succumb due to lack of organization and central leadership, but not before slowing down the nids for years or decades.
