as sad as it is to admit i have no upcoming sci fi on my radar. i am looking forward to the new agents of shield which has gotten quite good since its first season and veered into sci fi territory in the past couple of seasons.

Earth: Final Conflict is a decent 90s scifi that falls under the radar.
Earth 2 is another.
I liked them too, own them both via dvd imports back in the early 2000s.

I still think about this show every once in a while. It had robot cops, a cybernetic prosthetic leg that could just be slipped on, genetically engineered super intelligent and beautiful people. It had good ideas.
Flight of the Navigator has my favorite spaceship ever in scifi because it looks and moves likes a UFO and could change shape on command like it was made out of nano machines before the idea of nano machines developed.
Sandoval was one of my fav sneaky bastards in Sci-Fi, along with Bester in B5.
yeah and it was getting good before getting cancelled. and "the wall" was a neat opening for more plotlines. wish we could have seen more.

5 seasons is a great length for a tv show, how good is it actually? is it andromeda tier or better/worse? i have a soft spot for andromeda desu
It's Andromeda tier but Andromeda has more action in it. It is about an alien race that came to Earth and shared their technological marvels so they are treated like saviors but their altruism has nefarious ends. A lot of cloak and dagger stuff as the protagonist tries to unravel the conspiracy while also working closely with the aliens. Season 5 is total trash though and might as well been a different show.
I fell off watching it by the time Season 5 happened, something with ALien Energy Vampires (didn't Stargate Atlantis have them as well?).
I liked the show way more than Andromeda, not that I hated that show, I just prefered Earth: Final Conflict way more.
season 5 of andromeda was radically different too. does season 5 (or 4) have a satisfying conclusion?

This was surprisingly good. Avoided it when it first came out thinking it was just going to be another Invaders clone but they really got into the lore behind it. Never did get to see the final seasons.
I liked that one episode of Twilight Zone where the lad on Mars got a robot gf
