For Stannis Baratheon
You know who' to blame for all this: showrunners.
Why did they cut Penny? She would have gave Little Dink some material to work with after season four. And they could have cast that hot midget with those famous nudie pics, they cast an anal porn whore like Sibel so don’t tell me they wouldn’t
>Why did they cut Penny?
Because they dont have 10+ full seasons to work with. After the Red Wedding, they just wanted to get it over with. I'm sure D&D privately are pissed they didn't cut more, especially the Sand Sneks.
YOU'LL HANG FOR THIS, BASTARD
>ep 1 confirmed to be 100% filler filled with cock jokes, sex scenes and meme reunions
yikes!
are we going to see elephants with the golden company?
But they still gave him screen time but he had nothing to do in those scenes. He needed a little agency, to use a Sansatard word.
Alys Karstark has the greatest rack in Westeros.
she was 100% cast to make sansa look more attractive in comparison
Bad Pussi is better

Who’s this girl (Male)
SHOW RESPECT TO THE BRIDE OF THE NIGHT KING
ICED
I'd bet they cut out Penny and the whole part with Mormont as slaves, because it's another big battle in Mereen, and they had to spend the budget on cgi dragons.
Same with Barry S. and Varys. You can't step into YASS QWEEN world without losing your "agency". The only reason Jorah and Daario don't suffer this fate as well is that they were literally written to serve her. One is a cuck and the other a fuckboi. Same with Missandei and Greyworm ("high yella" house servants for "mhyssa" / massa). If Tyrion had kept his "agency" as he was serving it would emotionally confuse / frustrate female viewers.
Danny was awfully translated to the show and at a time when they were obviously going to use her as a meme female empowerment token. Tyrion, Barry S., and Varys were all sacrificed for this purpose. I better choice would have been to have her disappear after leaving Qarth with her ship at the end of season 2 while alluding to buying the unsullied sellswords and then have her show up in season 7 at Dragonstone. Hopping from one dusty shithole to another for 4 fucking seasons was one of the most tedious, pointless aspects of the show.
bad poussey can be trained.
great tits can only be.
>She also literally rides her dragons bareback without a saddle or any protection
To this day Dany literally does this on the show too, she just grips onto spikes on his back
>frigid wife
>boring fucks adventure pals
>liar maester
>good castle but in shit zone
>traitor commander
>dead bodyguard
>gay house
>meme enemies
>not the best sister mistress

Aren't a company developing one ?

According to the leaker even though they hinted at them last season D&D decided not to (wonder why) and Cercei is all pissed they didn’t bring them but she has sex with Euron anyway.
I agree with everything you say but it’s possible they made Tyrion a bitchboy so show watchers wouldn’t see his betrayal coming. That still shouldn’t mean he can’t have somewhat of his own story, but the show is written by hacks. Varys there is no excuse for.
Who?
The fact that they never explained why he hated Ned and took it out on Jon is such a retarded mistake. Especially because they not only played up and expanded his role in the show and made him the one behind Jon’s death instead of Marsh but also because they made season six and seven and apparently the first episode of 8 all about the reveal of Jon’s parentage. Now most show watchers will never get the irony, they were so close to making a good change but totally fucking forgot to give context to the whole thing.
Stannis would want Barristan fucking dead, he was right there in public when “Robert”’s last words named Stannis his heir and even protested saying “those were the king’s words” and then went to fucking serve Dany instead of Stannis who he knew was right fucking there on Dragonstone.
post the leaks
Cutting the battle of Fire was a huge mistake. What we have seen of it so far is by far the best part of Slavers Bay in the books.
This was the first really awful scene but the show was still more good than bad at that point. Season five deservedly gets lots of crap but at the same time the scenes from the first half of the season with Based Jon and Stannis are some of my favorite parts of the whole series. Super comfy, good dialogue and drama and it feels like the books while doing a little bit of good OC (Stannis and Shireen scene, Mance and Jon’s conversation before the execution) and cutting out some of the really unnecessary book fluff (Jon walking around inspecting food supplies for 500 pages).
HBO took the video off YouTube. Just check freecucks or something
>tfw you almost betrayed the Young Wolf for this
Dodged an arrow there.

aaagh
did the fat man ever explain this?
Indeed, mein Führer. Which is why i don't like reducing it down to good/bad seasons. But if you had to, you'ld pick S5 over S4 since 4 still had tons of great characters and scenes. It's just that if you go back and re-watch it, you can absolutely see everything that wrecked later seasons starting to sprout up in season 4 (irreverent comedy, quipping, teleporting, plot stupidity, Danny "ruling" etc.). I agree about Mance and Stannis. I also think wrote Lady Olenna well enough until the end. Of course, she was probably pretty easy and fun to write so...

Too depressing. Sweetrobin on the Iron Throne is fucked.
...
uberbased
who?
Sweet robin of the vale. But his name is Robert in the books I believe
are you me?
Why include her? Is she going to be pivotal to his character development for the end of the series? I assume she's going to die in the battle of fire, either tragically or attempt to kill Tyrion and be killed. As
said, after the Red Wedding they just speed ran the end. Anything that could be skipped they did, even if it damaged the show.
>I better choice would have been to have her disappear after leaving Qarth with her ship at the end of season 2 while alluding to buying the unsullied sellswords and then have her show up in season 7 at Dragonstone
If you want to get technical you could skip her story right from the beginning and just start with her invasion. The thing is the story is supposed to show how things aren't black and white and both sides of a conflict have valid points, so they had to develop her story. GRRM was the one asking why don't we learn about Sauron's back story in Lord of the Rings so he wanted to make sure Sauron was developed in his story.
but the night king isnt developed at all
You can tell the artist kind of gave up on Melisandre, still some great art.
I don’t think he ever explained it other than Barristan felt he never should have served Bobby in the first place and his loyalty should have been to house Targaryen and not the legal king.
I think she’s going to be intricate in further driving Tyrion to evil in the books. But they cut that all out of the show so his betrayal will be a shock. Also why GRRM kept saying Tyrion was a villain until a few years ago when D&D probably told him to stop spoiling the end of their show.
The Night King is a myth or long dead in GRRM’s story
SURROUNDED BY STANNISTERS! EVERY TIME I CLOSE MY EYES I SEE THEIR RECEDING HAIRLINE AND THEIR SMUG, SATISFIED FACES!
Yep. The first scene to go beyond the books on the show and drop major new info was the introduction of the Night King in Season 4. The scene where the White Walker delivers one of Craster's sons to get ICED.
he didn't give up, melisandre was among his sketch series, plus between melisandre's artwork and the others is a gap of a year
IS THAT WHAT EMPTY MEANS!?
Yeah, it’s pretty telling how that happens so early and when they were writing season four was when they met with GRRM, after the red wedding, and he told them everything he had planned to wrap up the series. So they were clearly in endgame mode as soon as they started season 4 and wanted to introduce their final boss. It makes me think that GRRM gave them so little and had so little planned for after ADWD that they figured they need to make a super villain to make the story easy for them to come up with an ending since he clearly had no idea what he was going to do with the army of the dead.
>the Mormont kid gets a drawing but not Stannis
Injustice
Lord Reddit! Lord Reddit, enough! Let it end!
GODS WHAT A STUPID POST
>Let it end
...And why would i do that?
>split book 3 into two seasons
>merge books 4 and 5 into one season
What the fuck was their problem?
I’ve seen wet shits I liked better than Walder Frey.
>randomly adapt Jaime’s book four mission in season six while book six things are happening for everyone else
>don’t even get to the single snow flake when he abandons Cercei part from book for until the end of season seven when book seven things are happening to everyone else
With the padding of Dorne and then marching the Tyrell army against the High Sparrow along with the fact that the one thing everyone liked in season seven, the Spoils of War episode, can’t happen in the books because he already left Cercei it frightens me that either GRRM has no idea what to do with Jaime and he is going to be MIA for most of winds so had nothing to tell D&D or LSH really does kill him and he is dying right away in Winds. That would explain why they stretched his arc out so long in the show to keep him around. If he dies saving Brienne to the Night King I could see that being D&Ds weird way of adapting him die in exchange for her freedom from LSH in the books. I don’t think we’ll ever find out though.
Because Dabid were so hot and bothered for the Red Wedding that they wanted to give ASOS as much material as possible to give that event weight and an aftermath.
Everything after it is "endgame" material to them so they rushed through what they considered the boring books (I think AFFC is the worst book but it has story lines worthy of episodes).
It’s pretty clear that the one thing they cared about besides the Red Wedding and wanted to do was the R+L=J reveal. That’s why they have been milking it out over seasons six and seven and Jon doesn’t even find out until season 8. They wanted to take that one for all they could get.
They even said the main reason they wanted to make the show in the first place was to adapt the Red Wedding. They don’t even like the lore Martin created. The show to them is a vehicle for “shocking” moments and twists.
I forget which one says it, but he likes to remark how he "threw the book across the room" when he got to the Red Wedding. He probably never picked it back up.
>Why did they cut Penny?
> a lot of shit is in the books that would not translate well to tv.
Because there are only two options when adapting a book are a literal word-for-word adaption or wiping your ass with the original story and making up a bunch of retarded shit?
The Godfather flicks for example, follow the book very closely, with the exception of eliminating the irrelevant (and admittedly pointless) scenes with not-Frank Sinatra and Sonny’s former mistress and her gigantic pussy.
But D&D are utterly talentless hacks with no track record who only got the gig because of Jewish nepotism and the philosophy nowadays in Hollywood, is that the show runners _must_ change everything around to put their mark on the production and show that they’re artistes….
At first i disliked dany since she always had plot armor and everything was handed to her, but now i begin to appreciate her more, she's an imperialist, holding to her conviction of taking the throne, the "brith right" is just an excuse so she can impose her will upon the world
That's the one!
And yet season seven was some of the most predictable television I’ve ever seen
This is really good but the bodyguard should be Rochus Misch
HARRENHAL?
Also put this as the castle
For you
>tfw we will never know Margaery's plan to btfo the High Sparrow
Dirlewanger should be in there, either as Adventure pal or bodyguard
Really disappointing how their stories just came to such an abrupt end. It felt lazy like D&D didn’t know what else to do, even if it was a well executed scene on a technical level.
This guy was Himmler’s attack dog and doesn’t work as well for Adolf.

even if you don't believe it.
I'd argue in a lot of ways it went to shit in season 2.
the final episode of GOT will be like the final episode of LOST, both CIA and Stannis will be there.
I still can't believe no one has done a Skyrim overhaul.
lagertha would have to be visenya. holly earl would be rhaenys. aegon would be charlie hunham
What was the whole business about with Baelish and the girl he paid the coin to in S7?
M O L K
>mogged by a 5’9 manlet

Why did CIA send his army to save Jon?
I haven't watched this show since the season finaly of the church explosion (where Cersei goes on the throne), should i come back ? Watching some bits of season 1 on YT and this show had such great dialogues, kind of makes me miss them.
Because Sansa was leading him on
If Petyr Baelish is CIA than what is Varys?
Varys FBI
Bane, obviously
Excellent work user
I would be absolutely fine with this. It would be especially great because GRRM bashed the ending of LOST (he didn’t even understand it) but then went on to never finish his story so it’s exactly what he deserves
Why would you get a Targaryen fucking shit Maester if you are a Blackfyre?
>mfw I started the original bobbyposting wave and it's now attributed to reddit
You only have seven episodes to catch up on before the new season that’s nine days away. Do it just so you can join in on the memes. Also while season seven is mostly trash there is one really good episode with Jaime and Bronn.
You are responsible for /got/ being banned during the very last and the longest off season. You should probably kys. Also the fact that redditors love your meme so much should make you feel awful.
I don't regret a second of it and enjoyed every laugh.
The longest off-season starts right now, once s8 is over.
aaarrggghhh...
Would change the females and the house only, otherwise great

What happened to Westeros's knights? I get the lack of cavalry in the north now it's winter but the Lannister army just seems to be infantry with basically no cavalry, let alone heavy horse
You're meant to overlook it. Like how the Unsullied and Dothraki were supposed to do anything without siege equipment or fast traveling.
Based user calling out the redditor menace
How do I do this on mobile

so when and who is gonna make that anime dragon fight between the targaryans i want to se that sky pierce fatality
I still believe in Euron = Daario

True but I mean the last off season we had to speculate about how bad the train wreck is going to be and discuss leaks and stuff
It is my calling

Bookreader here. Since the whole thing is fucked for us bookfags, Im going to say this is genuinely the only kino scene in the entire series and legitimately hypes everytime I watch it.
Will we get more Radmure?
The only thing I'm looking forward to is /our guy/ preston and his season 8 watch.
No
Can Dawn kill White Walkers?
Should put that huge bald fat guy as the body guard and this would be kino as fuck
yeet
>mel, did I ever tell you how much I hate blood magic, sorcery, your religion and especially you for practicing all those things, manipulating and then abandoning my king, burning his daughter alive and being responsible for the death of my son, to the point where I already tried to murder you once? Now, with all that said, could you please perform this almost never before seen miracle on this random dude I don't really know or care about and whom I met like two weeks ago? He was a good friend.
What did Davos mean by this?
Preston "I'm a feminist" Jacobs.
Bookreader here too, there are other great scenes. Theon at Winterfell in season two was absolute kino.
m.youtube.com
Yes it’s been confirmed
Stop lying, this can be answered very easily
Reminder that they actually wrote this.
Is that real? I can't remember.
It's like a youtube poop.
All good points except for the Shireen thing, everyone forgets he didn’t know about that until the Battle of the Bastards. That’s why it’s such bullshit he didn’t try to kill Brienne when she said she killed Stannis as he had no idea about the burning at that point.
Show-only pleb here, what was his problem with Ned?
>Dat Gwendoline
Because he supported the Targaryens in Robert’s Rebellion and hated everyone who lead to their downfall. The irony being if he knew Jon was Rhaegar’s son he would have been his biggest supporter but he thought he was Ned’s bastard so he hated his guts.
Member when book fags would smug post about knowing what was going to happen in the story in he early seasons only to be BTFO by show chads who get a cannon ending to the series while bookucks will never see their story finished
Robb

Why are you guys subjecting yourself to this shitshow? We all know it's gone down hill. I say leave the normies to their incoherent schlocky mess and move on to finding better shows
the spectacle of it all
What else am I gonna complain about?
I want closure
>kick the Lannisters all the way back to kings landing

Should have just gone home at that point
This
Calling it now there is something in the crypts of Winterfell that will make the stone statues come alive but Jon has to sacrifice his a Daenery's child to make it work.
Is Rickon a pointless character in the books too?
The Big Man himself
We will see, but most likely, no. Davos is currently trying to rescue/kidnap/escort him so that the Manderly's join Stannis.
No, Davos is going to show up with Rickon and Shaggydog before the siege of Winterfell hoping to help Stannis as planned but instead is going to find Stannis is dead and the resurrected Jon is leading the attack. This got reported on from GRRMs old notes to D&D months ago but everyone loves to ignore it.
The show is too lazy for that, the Night King is just going to life his hands and they are going to make a mockery of all the dead Starks as zombie fodder.
Did they ever say in the show what happened to Cat’s body after the red wedding? At most I expect them to do an extremely half assed regency to Lady Stone Heart with her.
All we know is Sansa saying they threw her body in the river
Would Sheeran have made a good Patchface?
There was a time I'd sub to HBONow at the end of a GOT season to binge watch.
Yeah, that won't happen ever again. I probably won't even bother pirating it, it'll show up on Amazon Prime eventually.
I rewatched that ep recently and paid attention bc i saw some dumb youtube fan theory. Nothing subtle is going on. It's just one of three sequential shots of LF doing his usual plotting and scheming (establishing Arya watching him from the shadows). It's a common exposition device. The deepest this all goes is CIA knows she's suspicious and investigating, so he plants Sansa's letter for her to find and sow distrust.
They gave up on trying to dimensionalize Littlefinger after season 3.
I’ve been rewatching the series for season eight, and this was the exact moment I said out loud the show jumped the shark.
The reason Ramsay lost the BotB is because he didn't take his fucking shirt off. Should have released the hounds as well and brought his 20 good men with him.
Preston ‘you have to get circumcised goys’ jacobs
Whats that a reference to?
Speeding through books 4 and 5 isn't really the problem since they're are slow as molasses. The problem is that if TWOW and ADOS ever come out they'll both be longer than ASOS, yet they're only getting 2.5 seasons between the two of them.
What are some plot holes you think Dabid are just going to forget since they don't have time to finish them?
>Edmure Tully's fate after the Freys wiped out / who holds Riverrun
>Who inherits the Reach / Highgarden
>Fate of Meera who fucked off back to Greywater Watch
>Robin Arryn
>The entire Faceless men plot which makes no sense at all / fate of "Jaqen H'ghar"
>How Arya has the ability to create her own faces, did she learn the faceless men's magic?
>Daario in Mereen
>Whatever the fuck Melissandre went to do in Essos
>What Varys heard in the flames
By the way, Highgarden has to be the most disappointing castle in the entire show. What a fucking waste of potential. Also, of course the show won't ever resolve how Arya learned the faceless men's magic, and all the implications that brings because if she knows their magic she can become pretty much whoever she wants.
>There are people RIGHT NOW who don’t think Jon is the most based motherfucker on the show

Whats it like user?
My dick got extremely hard when he beheaded Janos.
>people can't tell the difference between a title and a nickname
What I want to know is how the Lannisters took Highgarden in a single day when that hilly tree mess is built for withstanding sieges
>>Edmure Tully's fate after the Freys wiped out / who holds Riverrun
My headcanon is that Edmure was in one of those wagons that Dany burned when she attacked Jaime.
>Who inherits the Reach / Highgarden
I bet they bullshit they way through and make Sam not only the lord of Horn Hill but also the lord of Highgarden and the warden of the South
>>Fate of Meera who fucked off back to Greywater Watch
Quite sure that was meant to be her end. I'd say that's a better end for the character than what Petyr Baelish got.
Preston was right all along? Does that mean we're getting hivemind shit?
Look around user, CoTF have a hiveminded afterlife. In the Varamyr prologue he has a hivemind experience after warging the spearwife.
agreed. That was clear indication of what was yet to come.
hello friends
Remember when season five was airing and after the first four episodes leaked, and going on until when episode 9 aired, when all of the normies and entertainment “journalists” suddenly loved Stannis?
Oh yeah that’s right. So there isn’t any reason to belive she would be down there. Not that D&D remember anything that happened on their own tv show.
Can you really get arrested for making fun of parliament on TV in the UK?
Extremely based
