Kino

Hae-mei either left or killed herself. Ben did nothing wrong.

never seen it, but from this poster... I want an asian bf

You don't know that. It's intentionally left open.

What the fuck is wrong with Korea? I literally puked my dinner of Colt 49 + doritos at this scene

Yeah left open for me to say Hae-mei either left or killed herself. Ben did nothing wrong.

oh my god just imagine coming home to your asian bf who promptly goes down to your dick (still musky after your commute) and once our hard he suddenly stick his finger in your butthole and proceed to top you and shoot his asisn seed into your bussy while moaning in his asian way and saying your name with that asian accent oh god

You can say that with absolutely 0 authority.

Seriously? He looks pretty ugly and autistic throughtout the film.

Seriously though, what's wrong with him.

Also, there's a scene where he's pissing and Trump is talking about Mexico on the tv in the foreground. Damn, even Korea BTFOing Drumph

>He looks autistic
That's instacum for me, famalam.

Great movie, strange that my girlfriend figured out Ben was a serial killer before I did when we left the movie. I saw it more as Ben being a manifestation of dread felt by men in the modern world. Whether that be economic, intellectual, spiritual, political. One poor man feels too much and cares too much about things he doesn’t understand and can’t control. Another man destroys things and laughs at the chaos. Both seem lost and confused.

that why I said just from that poster, where he's looking chad

>Ben was a serial killer
Not necessarily. The movie is shown from the perspective of an unreliable narrator. We don't know if Ben did anything.

She had nice tits

Movie summed up so many things about the modern world in regards to class, gender, the neoliberal order and it being the accelerating motor of history. Shit was fucking kino.

Just like Great Gatsby that it references, the movie is more about the decade and the type of social tensions it introduces than a specific story. Joongsu and Haemi only provide a backdrop.

can we settle this once and for all on whether the girl had breast implants during the farm scene?

jesus christ this fucking board cant never get to a consensus

who cares
I want em in my mouth

you're saying the point of the movie was that the underclass will murder rich people?

Explain the cat, then.
Hae-mei either left or killed herself with the chaebol guy being involved either directly or indirectly

How is he burning if he's wet?

No, it's not. He clearly killed her. The whole point of the short story on which it is based is that the boyfriend was a serial killer.
Stop trying to be one of those faggots who thinks you've "outsmarted" the normies who think Ben killed her. You just look stupid because he absolutely did it.

Imagine being this far up your own ass that you miss the obvious.

>16 page story story
>2 1/2 hour movie
The movie's pacing sucked. It was an hour too long.

to be honest it felt very fast to me
i think the buildup was just so very well made.

Plastic surgery is currency there. All their actors and pop starts get it.

GIMME AN R
GIMME A I
GIMME A D
GIMME ANOTHER D
GIMME AN I
GIMME A T
WHATS'T THAT SPELL?
R E D D I T

for someone who likes to use metaphor, Ben took the word "roastie" too literally

incel revolution

good god

Think about a moment for being a literally (medically proven) retard and theorizing that Ben was some murderer.

based

a not so subtle reference to schrodinger's cat experiment, which is relevant to this movie's main mystery. Ben is and isn't a killer at the same time and we have no way of finding out

It had so much filler content it was insane. You could literally tell the entire story in a few minutes. I felt like when I learn as child that the massive airships I used to admire carried maybe only two dozen people. The bloody things were the size of sky scrappers. Insane.

I mean the choices are Ben being a sociopath, or Ben pretending to be one.
Neither one is a particularly good look for him as far as the disappearance of Haemei goes.
