The Dark Knight has in arguably the best opening sequence of any movie of this century. Close second would be Up that told an entire story in 4 minutes.

The Lion King

>The Dark Knight Rises has in arguably the best opening sequence of any movie of this century. Close second would be Up that told an entire story in 4 minutes.

fixed

Watchmen had pretty good one

>capeshit has best anything
Lol, you cringy little Big Bang Theory manchildren should really get some perspective.

True. Only time Boomer hippy music was kinda done right

The World's End had a cool intro. I like Guardians of the Galaxy 2's intro too

>dosent offer an alternative
You faggots really just exist to be reactionary and complain.

BR2049
>wonder how long they're gonna drag out the tease of is or isn't gosling a replic-
>oh i guess he most definitely is
that PROPERLY subverted my expectations

Alright, OP, I'll bite, though Up is better than TDK, desu

Top of my head:
In the Mood for Love
Punch Drunk Love
No Country for Old Men
Kung Fu Hustle
Caché
There Will Be Blood

But you should listen to this rude, but right user

I think a sequence is different to a scene. No Country and Blood have entire scenes but a sequence is tighter and hard to start a movie with.

Star Trek Into Darkness. A wonderful romp with great action, suspense, humor - it almost works too well, it overshadows the try-hard over-referential rest of the movie.

This
Clearly he misspelled Dark Knight Rises because Dark Knight opening is forgettable formulaic nonsense as fuck

The opening of BR2049 is the only good thing about this dumpster fire

>romp

Fuck off shill

Hahaha for a half-decade old movie? I slammed the rest of the movie too, you fucking retard.

Also - 28 Weeks Later. Things go south so quickly, it really builds back up the world and the tension.

Based 28 poster

You don't sound very litty desu.

>romp

Based

How do you be this much of a faggot without paying for it
