I didn't mean to imply that, though my initial reply states it like that. What I meant to say was that "Dive led us to believe" makes it sound as if he started watching Refn films with Drive and hasn't seen any of his previous works. In my opinion Refn already started to decline with Drive, not that it is not a good film, and therefore it's questionable to say that he "isn't as talented as Dive led us to believe".
