Autism 'tests' is nothing more than answering questions, or someone answers questions, and the psych doctor tries to interact with you.

I know this is a joke but there is no medication for (high-functioning) autism. Children who have severe autism where they are non-verbal or have violent outbursts may get put on anti-psychotics or lamictal, etc. but if you have Asperger's or ASD there is nothing they can do for you except individual therapy with a talk psychologist (literally social training.)
I was diagnosed as a child with ASD by a court-ordered psychologist who had to evaluate me as a child at risk, but no one ever told me so I didn't find out until someone looked at my records at age 22. My doctor said "Well at least you know now"
