Acting isn't a merit based job, it's based on "how many movie tickets your face can sell". Women are there SOLELY to make men's penises hard and to give the woman who was dragged to the theatre something to identify with. There are no great female actors, you have a career while you're young and hot and then you get thrown in the trash. Hellen Morten and Judy Dench play all the grandma roles and that's all there is for actresses.
Men sell tickets, men get (deserved) awards, men get paid more because they're worth more than you.
