13 more days until season 8. What are your thoughts, do you even care anymore or are you actually excited for it?
What are your hopes and expectations, and are you prepared for them to be crushed by mediocrity?

They have to do reshoots, and they couldn't get Gwendoline Christie back. So say hello to your new Brienne of Tarth.
too skinny, unless she seriously bulked up for the role.
Brienne is also not supposed to be a qt
I'm not going to watch the Game of Thrones, I'm going to watch the dreams of the fans crash and burn when they realize it wasn't worth the wait
Brienne is always in armor. Gwendoline Christie is on the thin side herself.
Everyone who is still a fan after Season 7, is going to say Season 8 is the best thing ever. Everyone else, already has rock bottom expectations.
HBO released a promo yesterday that shows Dany and Jon back at Dragonstone. They already removed it because I'm guessing they realized they fucked up and it's a spoiler, since the season starts in Winterfell and why would they leave unless they lost the battle against the night king there
No one thinks it will be worth it they just want to get it over with
I just finished my first watch of the show yesterday. Gonna be brutal waiting 2 whole weeks for a new episode
Also that aligns with the spoilers that Jaime dies holding off the Night King while they escape
Hot.
I hope that's not true, but it just shows how rushed everything is if they pull that shit. Jaime's fate should be tied to Cersei.
I think the news of Jaime’s death and Cercei realizing she caused everyone she cared about to die is what leads her to see off the wildfire
>Jaime's fate should be tied to Cersei.
I don't want that. Everyone wants every storyline to come full circle in the most cliched way possible. I don't want Jaime to predictably kill Cersei or some crap like that. I want his story to be something I could never think of on my own.
aaaaaaaahhhhggggg
So is Jaime getting a new hand or not?
Yes, but Jaime dying in the North, even if he dies a hero is pretty anti-climatic. I guess that would be the point, there doesn't need to be some epic climax for every single character, but there's a lot of effort put into the Jaime "redemption" arc, even if the show still fucked it up for the most part.
At least I hope he sacrifices himself in some way to save Brienne, so there's at least someone that knew the truth about what Jaime did and can write that he was a hero in the White book. He deserves at least some recognition and redemption for all the shit he has had to put up over the years as "kingslayer."
Jaime is getting the fiery hand of R'hllor.
Jaime is going to die, I’m pretty sure we saw him and Bronn seconds before they die in that new commercial. That’s exactly what the leaks said, the two of them are the last in Winterfell holding off the dead why the Stark kids and Brienne escape and then Jaime tries to kill the Night King and puts up a good fight before going down with the castle
That's not what I asked you fucking faggot
If Brienne isn’t one of the people he died saving it will be Bran, which dying for him would also feel satisfying
Jaime's honor is in the North. Protecting the true King Jon Snow. Protecting Catelyn's daughters. Forgiving his brother, and having his brother forgive him. And fighting side by side with Brienne.
Forsaking his sister and acting like a true knight, is the climax of his story.
Where are these so called leaks, user? I'd like to read them myself.
How would he get a new hand if he’s dead you retard? I wish I could dislike you
>6 episodes
This is going to be such a clusterfuck
>leaks
Not this time. They took extra measures to avoid leaks.
Anyone can guess that they're going to lose the battle at Winterfell. Hell, that was the idea everyone got, after watching the trailer.
Some guy playing a Karstark extra in the battle of Winterfell and later escapes with the survivors to Dragonstone posted here like a year ago. If you can’t find it in the archive I’m sure reddit has it, them and some other sites found it here and didn’t belive it until it all got proven true
first 3 episodes are around 55 minutes each, then the last 3 are 80 minutes each.
I agree though, there's no way this will be a satisfying conclusion. Everything felt rushed even last season, and now it will be even worse. There's no way you could possibly conclude this story and have a satisfying ending for like 20+ characters in just 6 episodes. I'll be shocked if it's not disappointing.
Alys Karstark is the true best rack in Westeros.
I remember those spoilers, they were posted like literally right after season 7 ended too. No idea where to find them in the archives though, don't even know where to start digging but I'm curious to see them again and see with what leaks there have been if anything is true.
The game is only being played by Cersei and Tyrion so hopefully there's something more clever than "hur dur dracarus" vs. "muh golden company". We get a slugfest against the night king alfeady really don't need 2. Inb4 elaria sand gets freed and kills someone important in kings landing
Everything that guy said was true, it’s been seen in the trailers or things mentioned in interviews like Gendry making Sandor a dragonglass axe. It’s so specific there’s no way it’s fake.
well i'm gonna search the archives and see if I can find them.
who will die first in E1?
>Night King bows to Bogdanoffs
>In contact with Rhollor
>Possess advanced Greenseer abilities
>Control Westoroes with an iron but fair fist
>Own King's Landing & the iron bank
>Direct descendants of the ancient Valyrian blood line
>Own 99% of Dragon hatching research sites
>Next dragons will in all likelihood be Bogdanoff dragons
>both brothers said to have 215+ IQ, such intelligence on Westeroes has only existed far beyond the Wall
>Ancient Children of the forest scriptures tell of two beings who will descend upon Westeroes and will bring an era of enlightenment and unprecedented technological progress with them
>Both are equally Azor Ahai and Valonqar at the same time
>Night King had a two hour phone call with the Bogdanoffs before being allowed to resurrect Viserion
>The Bogdanoffs are in regular communication with Rhollor forwarding the word of the lord of light to the Red Priests. Who do you think sends the messages in the flames?
>They learned fluent Valyrian in under a week
>The crown entrust their gold reserves with the twins. There's no gold in Casterly Rock, only Bogdanoff Castle
>The twins are about 18 decades old, from the space-time reference point of the base human currently accepted by Westerosi society
>In reality, they are timeless beings existing in all points of time and space from the big bang to the end of the universe. We don't know their ultimate plans yet. We hope they're benevolent beings.
Good luck on your journey user
I don’t know but apparently the Unusullied are the first to go at Winterfell
Very creepy
Davos
There's not enough room for advisors, between Tyrion, Sam, Varys, Bran, Sansa, and potentially two rulers in the North, Davos has become unrequired. He's a fan favorite, so killing him off in the first episode would get people talking.
spooked
>Two fucking weeks left
>The wait feels like fucking eternity even though I've already waited eight years for the fucking book
Jesus.
The wait is only bad when you're in anticipation. I went almost 2 years not even thinking or caring about it, but 2 weeks ago I realized how close it was and re-watched the entire series and now, despite dabid's plot holes I'm excited for it.
>waiting for the fat man
Uncuck yourself and let go user
So far no luck sadly. I see tons of people referencing the leaks in the got general threads, but I can't seem to actually find the leaks.
All I remember is that they were posted literally right after season 7 ended, and most of it sounded pretty ridiculous, but some of it sounded believable.
But Varys is going to die because Mel said he would and supposedly Tyrion dies and even if that’s fake he won’t end as an advisor. I think Davos is actually safe.
Yeah that’s the one but not sure when exactly it was posted
>But Varys is going to die because Mel said he would
Not in episode one. You have to realize, that in the end, only a skeleton crew of rulers will still remain. So it's not really about Davos dying so the others stay alive. It's about in what order is everyone dying. The first to go will be Davos. Varys will come later. Perhaps Tyrion. Though I doubt that. Tyrion needs to live, in order to suffer.
Davos is in episode three, in the trailer you can see him when the battle is starting
>tfw Rickon and Dickon will now never become the gay emperors of Essos
It still hurts, lads.
There's always based GRRM fagbro, he'll save us
Gimme Preston
I let go for several months at a time and then I get sucked back in.
You would have to be so desperate for
entertainment to be excited for this
last season. The show has turned to pure garbage
holy fuck that webm
I hope Jon snow dies
I hope Dany dies
I hope Tyrion dies
I hope Davos
I hope tormund dies
I hope Arya dies
I hope everyone dies except for qyburn
Long live qyburn
qyburn is unironically a based and underrated character. It's a shame he's merely relegated to being a background character in 99% of his scenes. The only scene I can think of where he's the main character is the one where he controls the little birds to kill Pycell.
absolutely based
aaagghh
I just want this disappointing show to fucking end. I no longer care about any of the characters or who wins/losers. I don't know how they always manage to start these kinds of shows off so strong and then just butcher them.
it's simple
they run out of source material
Arya dies in the second episode
We are almost free.
I miss creepy beta jorah posts tho
Haven't really been excited for anything since the last few seasons were so disappointing and everything else seems to be shit as well
I I'm being honest, I think a pack of dire wolves COULD take out a dragon. Especially one of the smaller ones. The big ones were rare as fuck🐶
A women dying on the show and not killing he patrichy. This is insanity!
Part 1
>What are your thoughts
MURDER ME
>do you even care anymore or are you actually excited for it?
No
>What are your hopes
R'hlorr rises from the sea and devours everyone
>and expectations
Stark girl power horseshit for bugmen
>are you prepared for them to be crushed by mediocrity?
Yes
Part 2
So, Yea Forums, when did you start reading the books? You're not a smelly showfag, right?
Part 3
Part 4
Those are fucking lame, wtf. I swear if they 'establish a democracy' I'll kms
Part 5
Love this post
Part 6
>do you even care anymore
Stopped watching after season two. So is Jon king? What has happened.
Part 7
Final one, its going g to be unarguably the worst in the series
These leaks are so fucking retarded that they just might be true
>These leaks are so fucking retarded that they just might be true
So how retarde are you?
i hate sansa. she was the starting for all this her fucking romance and she never supported the family in the beginning. teen prick.
Jon snow and his ideals and that daeneyris.
i hope that old kings bastard son who is a ironsmith comes back.
What is the biggest lie GRRM told that you believed?
I hate Arya more, at least Sansa is tied up in important shit with other characters, but without her inner monologue in the books Arya is just cold donut edge steel for normies.
I remember reading the season 7 spoilers back when people were saying it was too retarded to be real, then it all came true(just not in the right order)
Thanks for the stupid reply, nigger
The one time a phone-poster is based.
That said, I think these "leaks" are almost entirely bullshit fanfic, and I don't think the final season will be anything like what people expect it to be. It's really gonna subvert our expectations
>tfw maarioposter left
As retarded as D&D
>It's really gonna subvert our expectations
I hope, because I expect a shitshow
Post your favorite dead memes
>rape
>food
>overly complicated betrayals
>The one time a phone-poster is based.
This is a joke, right? I fucking hate when phoneposting retards post their tiny little screencaps shitting up threads. FUCK phoneposters
Found the virgin
What? You saw your reflection in the screen, braindead phonie?💯
these juxtaposition webms get me rockhard
none of these leaks involve tyrion betraying Dany so I'm taking them as bullshit, but some of them sound plausible.
For example, I do think Euron will leave KL after he finds out Cersei is already pregnant.
The only spoilers I know for certain are bullshit are any of them claiming that Cersei sends the golden company north to attack Winterfell.
>Tfw the only reason I'm looking forward to it is due to gambling
I can't wait to make a ton of money.
I started reading the books when the first teaser for season 1 released. I had no idea what the show/books were about least of all that it had any magic/fantasy aspects in it. Finished first 4 books right up to the release of book 5 and then finished that I think before season 2 or 3 whichever hadn't aired before DoD released I think. Became a bookfag immediately but had no qualms with the show until after season 4 maybe during.
Why did you realize the truth of the situation, bros? Have you yet decided to bask in His glory? To drink in His warmth? Preston is among us and He is the one to lead us.
>tfw you will never /ss/
t. preston
I wish. Could you imagine being that handsome, smart and thought provoking? The way he makes theoryfags seethe with rage because he respectfully disagrees is great.
bump
>hold the door was planned
If it was, he is an even worse writer than i give him credit for
Source?
The best was when user made the thread with this guy and put something like "When you start a new mmorpg and accidentally enter the endgame pvp area"
>Davos was as close to smiling as Jon has ever seen.
>Kneel, and swear to Stannis, the One True King...Or you will be knelt.
Absolutely based.
I will not die of my crippeling diabetis before i finish this series.
So Arya just left her uncle in the dungeon after killing all the freys?
Davos better fucking survive, he's too good of a man to die.
Book #6 will be released not long after the shitty tv show ends.
Either GRRM's contract with HBO prevents the release of the next book or his publisher wants to ride the media hype wave from the finale of the tv show.
You can screen cap this.
>I don't know how they always manage to start these kinds of shows off so strong and then just butcher them.
>they run out of source material
Dumb & Dumber had five books of 1000+ pages each to work with but instead, they wiped their ass with the novels and despite clearly being talentless hacks with zero track record who only got the gig because they're Jews, thought they could do a better job than GRRM.
Everybody in Hollywood nowadays thinks they're an artiste and are too arrogant to accurately adapt an existing work, they HAVE to fuck it up somehow so they can put their own stamp on the project, even if it means creating a steaming pile of shit.
I love a train wreck so I'll be watching
If that were true, brainlet, they would have announced it already.
The book would have been way more hyped if it released years ago because people would have read it to find out what happens next on the show. Far fewer people will bother now. There's no plan behind the release of it, he's just extremely slow and lazy.
I am prepared to be disappointed. Only thing that I'm holding out for is Cleganebowl.
I watched the first season, became very interested in the books, read all of them, then couldn't care about the show anymore because it's just the books but much more shallow and less interesting.
WHERE'S WINDS OF WINTER FAT FUCK
ripping off the wheel of time kneel or you will be knelt scene from book six i see
I started reading them last week. I'm halfway through Feast for Crows now.
I enjoyed the first two and a half, and felt that they were significantly better then the show. From the second half of Storm of Swords to where I am now though, I suddenly have a lot of sympathy for the show and feel like DnD did a good job with the garbage they had. GRRM is an idiot for introducing all these stupid plot-points more then halfway through the fucking series.
there was a spoiler posted here yesterday
basically Jon and Dany had a baby boy, losing the battle against walkers, everyone dies, so they give their son to Nights King and make a peace
hope it's not true... I wanna see Jon as new Nights King who kills Dany
>then
how can anyone take your opinion seriously🏴
How will arya react to seeing the hound still alive.
Arya - OMG You still alive Houndie?
Hound - Shit
Arya - Hungry?
Hound - Fuck ya
Arya - How about some chicken?
Hound - Dumb cunt

Your fortune: Good news will come to you by mail
started a marathon last week and i'm almost completely caught up (watching for the first time ever).
season 5 and onward have been a total snorefest with shitty dialogue for most of the episodes. feels like a completely different show.
Oh god no
Congratulations on getting GRRM's notes by mail user.
Your fortune: Reply hazy, try again
grrm is just a lazy fatass
Seasons 1-4 were the best by far. Season 6 is a lot better. It still has a lot of dumb shit but it’s a great season overall. The last two episodes especially. Season 7 is the worst, it’s more entertaining than 5 but the last few eps of the season are really bad and poorly written.
Rolled 97 (1d100)
>7 years since the theon preview chapter
fuck that got my so hyped and now i couldn't give a shit.
No one with half a brain thinks it's going to be good. It's been going downhill ever since s4 and we all know the only thing that awaits at the bottom is a brick wall. We just want to see how hard it's going to shatter when it hits it.
>applauds
I think you mean snaps
Gods, he only character I truly care abiut anymore is Jaime.
If they give him some half assed ending like him dying in winterfell I'll fucking lose it and if I ever happen upon Dumber and Dumber Ill sock them innthe fucking mouth.
Why didn't they judt make Jaime a mechanical hand?
>In 1504, Berlichingen and his mercenary army fought for Albert IV, Duke of Bavaria. During the siege of the city of Landshut, he lost his right arm at the elbow when enemy cannon fire forced his sword against him. He had two mechanical prosthetic iron replacements made. The second, more famous prosthetic hand was capable of holding objects from a shield or reins to a quill. Both are today on display at the Burg Jagsthausen. In spite of this injury, Berlichingen continued his military activities. In the subsequent years he was involved in numerous feuds, both of his own and in support of friends and employers.

Why is the clash of kings comic so shit in its artstyle?
The first books comic was better, but does anyone recall from the book if they made Jeor naked ?
... I don't remember him being described as naked in the books. Plus wouldn't he be cold at the wall

>In the name of Renly of the House Baratheon, first of his name, rightful King of the Andals and the First Men, Lord of the Seven Kingdoms and protector of the realm, I, Brienne of Tarth, sentence you to die.
>Do you have any last words?
Renly offered me a peach. At our parley. Mocked me, defied me, threatened me, and offered me a peach. In my dreams I see the juice running from his mouth, the blood from his throat ... If he had done his duty by his brother, we would have smashed Lord Tywin. A victory even Robert could be proud of.
He brought his doom on himself with his treason, but I did love him. I know that now. I swear, I will go to my grave thinking of my brother’s peach.
My rage is equal to that of a racist.
Man this woukd have been the perfect time for that quote, oh wait, they didnt have Renly eat the peach in season 2.
Literally me
show sucks but it will be good again if after they lose winterfell the good guys challenge cersei to a trial by seven and all the side characters kill eachother.
>dies
>zombified by night king
>stitch another zombie hand on his arm, all it has to do is hold the sword firmly anyway
>wa la
they could do like with uncle ben so he even keeps his will
It's going to be shit but I'll watch it
it was planned

haven't been to Yea Forums in a good while
also the show absolutely fucking sucks balls now
Yes to all 3.
They get pruned in the off season, but its unreasonable to do that only 2 weeks away from the premier
They have been popping up since the new year. Occasionally at first but soon there a daily general. Itll happen sometime this week undoubtedly
Since at least season 4
Stannis approves
Maybe they went to their island retreat after a hard earned victory
we got the real joker over here
will probably watch but sped up and only to shitpost about it on Yea Forums
the series has been getting worse since season 5 and now it's dogshit
Alright so are there actually any interetsign eladers anymore?
>north is full of fodder vassals
>Dorne doesn't even exist anymore
>Essos doesn't exist besides the golden company
>all of westeros' vassals are basically dead
it's literally Jon, the Expendables and Yass Queen vs Cersei. i miss the politics of this show.
>all the interesting characters are dead
>the show is shit
whoa, who'd've thunk it?
>Igor
>Yes, grichka
>Send the ravens, winter has come
I forgot about Nymeria and Ghost and the other wolves. Have they completely been ditched or what? I remember those prophetic dreams Arya(?) had about one of them gathering a large pack of wolves.
>thunk
we've got an intellectual here
it's an irregular verb
Azor Jaime
lmao these are so bad that I could see someone memeing up the most generic cliche disney ending as a joke but I wouldn't be even slightly surprised if these were legit given how shit the show is currently
tho jorah becoming the 1000th lord commander would be pretty neat
This.

Speaking of, does anyone have that picture of the Night Knight holding his flag above his head
Problem?
Based aaagghh poster
I believe these leaks.
but why exactly would Varys plan to poison them all?
because his crossbow doesn't have enough bolts
Still haven't seen season 7, the only characters I'm interested in are Cersei and Jaime so I've no reason to watch it.
I meant why does he intend to kill them all? So that he can rule? I didn't see this coming from him. I thought he would just serve whoever. And certainly a democracy would suit his goals as he is basically a politician.
>im a brainlet therefore i act accordingly
well, you are not wrong
>jaime and cersei
GRRM has said multiple times that the anxiety of meeting reader expectations gets to him. My theory is he's taken a tricky, cowardly way out by letting the show run to the shit, then half assing the books. He'll bring it out soon enough, but it'll come out after the show ends. Everyone will still be freshly disappointed with the tv show, and so he'll swoop in like some kind of savior. People will eat up whatever he shits onto the page.
Just watch, the threads will be full of constant "well at least it's not as bad as the show"
and for most people the only ending will be TV SHOW ending, and this is what GRRM the lazy hack deserves. Watching GOT for different reasons than spectacle is fucking retarded and this is how easily spot ugly pleb. GRRM books and TV show are mindless popcorn experience.
he serves the realm and wants to install his own puppet government
I will never stop finding it hilarious that D&D effectively got duped by the charms and lies of a fictional character. Varys' 'for the realm' jargon is just a damn ruse in the books.
This, tle last big and good spectacle we got was Lord of the Rings trilogy, so i cant wait. Pretentious asoiaf fanboys who think that mediocre GRRM books are some masterpiece should fuck off or read better books.
I'm guessing he wants to see how people react to D&D's choices before commenting in any fashion. If people love what D&D come up with, then he's gonna be like "yeah, that's pretty much what I had in mind too", and if people hate it, then he's all like "yeah, I had something different in my mind but out of respect I won't compete with D&D and announce my retirement of the book series". In truth, however, he wrote himself to a corner with the amount of new characters and plots that seem irrelevant and only work to hinder on how he's going to get on with the main story.
He'll never release another book. Ever.
All official channels will give it succulent blowjobs. Reminder that you can find journal articles praising the wardrobe of the past few seasons. I mean really?
I don't give a fuck anymore desu. GoT is pure flick tier. It's shite you watch with your GF because it entertains her and if you don't show an interest in spending time doing vapid shit with her now and then you won't get it in later.
No solitary man would ever choose to watch that show after season 2.
evil redemption ending:
Crown victorious, Euron marries Cersei then kills her, paying the iron price for the Iron Throne. Qyburn still Hand.
Zoom out of Red Keep and then KL to see chtulhu-style dragons flying above. one screm-dives at camera.
credits.
>Euron marries Cersei then kills her
i'm sorry is euron her lost little brother? because that doesn't sound very prophetic
I can't wait for Yea Forums to have to deal with months of ice and fire threads. It might kill the board
You can't kill that which has no life to begin with.
This
Karl focking Tanner from Gin focking Alley
the leaks are so fucking cliched and obvious, im tempted to think they're fake, but the last couple of seasons have been cliched and obvious... so these might be legit.
im going to laugh my ass off if the show ends this terribly. my god.
GRRM cant for years end his own books, because he wrote to much shit and dont know how to end them, but people expect that D&D with strict deadlines from HBO will finish them instead in satisfying manner, people are retarded. And they wanted to ADAPT but GRRM incompetence and delays forced them to rush things, its pretty clear they have enough of GOT and want to end this as soon as possible. Its still fun to watch.
no shit
.🦑
DRINKING WINE FROM THE SKULL OF JEOR FOOKING MORMONT
Nah, you are pretending to dislike it because its popular. Its worth to watch GOT for the same reasons as Gladiator, Braveheart, Lords of the Rings or other big epic spectacle movies, to experience the grand scale and battles and world building. If i want something deep i will watch art house movies, there is ton of them, and how much we got spectacles? Very few, capeshit doesnt count. Als dont pretend that ASOIAF compared to real literature its even mediocre, because its not.
>paying the iron price for the Iron Throne
Eh, what? You mean he makes Cersei pay the iron price, right?
They probably don't know how, it's not directly equal to medieval Earth. They had cannons and gunpowder in 14th century England but they don't in GoT.
You mean he's even making women pay the iron price?
Didn’t the legend die in the same episode that the Night King was revealed in? Hmm is that a coincidence?
Was Bran the fookin legend all along?
I dont want it to end
why doesn't jon snow just invent a gun and incendiary ammunition to fight the walkers
The whole thing with Game Of Thrones is that it is not some big epic spectacle where everything turns out rosy and dandy. Politics matter. The world matter. Everything matters. You don't get to do shit like killing off one of the oldest families of rulers because Dorne will never be ruled by a weak MAN again~
Because thats meta knowledge and he hasnt achieved CHIM yet

STANNIS THE MANNIS NEVER DIED HE'LL BE BACK IN S8 TO RECLAIM WHAT'S RIGHTFULLY HIS AND FUCK EVERYONE IN THE ASS
>two women walking between neutered men saying all men must serve
George is definitely a cuck with a femdom fetish.
I disagree. You can have the lord of a great house axed for a stupid reason, but you have to show the shitshow that follows this moronic decision as well. The show just pretends like nothing happened and everyone except the black bodyguard is fine with it
IIRC they were talking about "All men must die" during that part, not "All men must serve". Although Caloreesi still says the " We wuzn't men n shieet" at the end
>The Wildlings are at camp, showering Jon with gifts and the songs of their people
>Jon smiles, enjoying this valuable cultural experience
>A cry is heard in the distance
>Suddenly, the camera pans to the thundering stampede of a thousand men on horses
>We see Stannis driving the men to fight by cracking a flaming whip
>"FORM RANKS, YOU DOGS"
>In the distance, Wildling women and children are burning, the soundtrack a high screaming wail
>"TAKE THE WOMEN FOR OUR THRALLS," Stannis shouts, "FEED THE BABES TO THE FIRES"
>"Yes," cries Davos, "R'hllor hungers!"
>Jon looks on, his face grief-stricken
>"Seven save us," Jon whispers, "he's even making the women and children pay the Iron price!"
>After defeating the Wildlings, Stannis meets Jon on top of the Wall
>"You're the oathbreaking bastard that killed the Halfhand and copulated with a savage Wildling. You're just like your retarded brother and useless father, a traitor and an oathbreaker. Give me one reason why I shouldn't behead you."
>"I'm the Lord Commander of the Night's Watch!" Jon pleads

it will 100% be fucking shit
dumb & dumber can't do anything but fanfic tier stuff
I specially expect lots of muh empowerment
This. According to the leaks episode 8x4 is called “Stannis Returns”. When Jon and Dany get to Dragonstone after they lose Winterfell they find all her banners are in the fucking trash and Stannis reclaimed the place.
literally the one true king
I want six good weeks of shitposting with /got/ like it was before. Then I will kill myself.
the question is
will the fat fuck finish the fucking books after the show is over?
He may not even finish WoW at this rate
I bet you he won’t even finish part two of Fire and Blood
Just googled it, I agree.
>/reddit/ General
all the spoilers got leaked months ago
fuck off
No they didnt
>missing Jaime's most kino moment
reluctantly checked
that's from the GOT comics you dumb dornish cunt
Costumes are slightly improved over last season. Jorah still should have some color like he used to but this looks more like a Knight than he did last season. Also Jaime and Cercei are actually wearing red in some of the promo pictures.
THE TIME HAS COME AND SO HAVE I
She would've been perfect for captain marvel
nah capt marvel should be busty/curvy/athletic, debicki is slender/elegant/elflike
>greyjoy fag
unlucky🦇
I just realized the school I work at comes back from spring break the day after the battle episode airs. I really wanted to get drunk and watch it multiple times and call in sick the next day but they hate when we take days off after vacations. Fuck guess I will have to take off after the last episode.
Excited for this show to be over so HBO can introduce some new (and hopefully better) programming
You mean like the contemporary remake of watchmen and the GoT prequel starring a bunch of black women?
>I will never sit on the Iron Throne
Goddamn, just remove the last sentence and this would've been a truly phenomenal way for Stannis to go out
>Demimonde has been described as "an epic and intimate sci-fi fantasy drama." The story is set to be "centered around a world's battle against a monstrous, oppressive force."
Fuck me it’s gonna be some show about fighting masculine oppression isn’t it?
That is the problem with this show. It was all about a lot of characters doing different things in different parts of the world. It was a slow walk that would literally need 10+ seasons to be done right. Instead, they are just ending it with some fan service and move onto the next project. TWD ratings started tanking after like 6 seasons so they do not want to end up like that
Too late for that bro, nobody cares about worthy no more.
kys weeb
Never gonna happen, move on.
this💯
I read the books because it was too tedious to watch hours of the show.
Didn't one leak say that Cercei was going to become the Night Queen or some shit like that?
>what could of been
i can dream at least
Killing someone to take something they own is paying the iron price, as opposed to the gold price which is buying something.
Siiiiiiiiiiiiick
Just wait for the Bar reaction threads
>Night queen
Sounds stupid but im sure my dick will be happy
R.I.P. Frikidoctor, who was one of the few people posting actual spoilers for Season 8. HBO got his spoiler video taken off of YouTube and threatened legal action through Spain.
>no one will ever call tormund out on his peasant genocide
Fuck him. Those poor farmers didn't do nothing.
>Everyone lives except Jon, Daenarys and Jamie
>democracy
>No one gets the iron throne resulting in one of the biggest blue balling of Yea Forums history
This does seem like something the show would do after the clusterfuck of season 7 but i have hope that HBO aren't that stupid as the backlash from normies would be incredible if no one gets the throne
Brought it on himself shouldn't of been so open about it, made himself to easy to trace
He did it for two seasons straight too. Though, by the time he started spoiling season 7, his spoilers were already a year old due to the script leak.
What were the actual spoilers?
I suspect that GRRM’s contract with HBO stipulates that unless Book #6 was completed by X date and in time to be adapted for the tv show, he’s required to hold off on publication as the differences between the book and the tv show would hurt HBO’s ratings.
And even if that wasn’t the case, if Book #6 wasn’t completed in time, it’s better for the publisher’s bottom line to wait for the finale of the tv show anyway and use the media hype to help market the book, as fans will want more GoT and this will give it to them (i.e. keep 'em coming back for more).
>/GoT/
wasnt it /got/?
>Everything felt rushed
literally nothing happened for most of the episodes tho?
He only managed to leak the first episode, which is boring as fuck. Bunch of reunions. NK leaving a message on the Wall is the only interesting bit. Also, Sam drops the bomb on Jon because he's all pissed at Dany about Dickon and is trying to jew her out of the throne.
Rana’s reactions are the only reactions I need
Also, Tyrion blows up King's Landing and is put on trial in the Dragon Pit. He gets cooked by Drogon in Episode 8.
Jorah took being cucked by Jon Snow pretty well
>Tyrion blows up King's Landing and is put on trial in the Dragon Pit. He gets cooked by Drogon in Episode 8.
I wish
He's used to it at this point.
Wildling fucking shits, all of a sudden in season five everyone forgets they are savages who have done terrible things
>he serves the realm and wants to install his own puppet government
Except since D&D dropped any reference to Aegon the Reconqueror, who is Varys supposed to install on the Iron Throne?
No, there is no logical plot to this retarded tv show, so there's no point in looking for reasons for the character's actions, it's all just random kewl! scenes designed to cater to ding-bat chicks on Facebook and Twitter.
Nymeria and Ghost are the only surviving Stark ones, Ghost is gonna be in season 8 and I think the reason that they had that scene with Arya and Nymeria last season was to set up her pack coming to winterfell
In the show he wants Dany, which makes no sense since he tried to have her killed
Davos survives until the end. He's the one preceding tyrion's trial
He’s said in interviews in other countries that the next two books are already done, but contract with HBO prevents him from announcing or releasing until the series is done.
To be fair, he probably believes it himself.
>muh test tube baby prince will justify all the horrors I'm causing
>He'll never release another book. Ever.
GRRM has a contract with his publisher to produce a conclusion to the book series, he can't just say "fuck it" unless he wants to get socked with a bazillion dollar breach of contract lawsuit.
Can I get a source on one of these interviews?
>Reminder that you can find journal articles praising the wardrobe of the past few seasons. I mean really?
Costumes are the easiest thing to do well on a fantasy show, as the designers are free to go hog-wild and pretty much make whatever they want, yet somehow GoT even failed at this....
Why do you think he's eating himself to death? Can't call his ass out about the contract after his funeral
This. It’s hinted at in the books a lot.
Also, Bran the builder directed the construction of dragonstone in the books. If that’s time traveling Bran, it explains why he insisted it be built over a large supply of dragonsyone, even though the castle fell multiple times in attempted construction.
DUDE BLACK LEATHER LMAO
>Jorah looking like an absolute chad as per usual
Why doesn't she fuck him again? He's a lot more handsome than the manlet.
She's more into Fujo's
>No solitary man would ever choose to watch that show after season 2.
Bookfags (like myself) watch the shitty tv show despite absolutely hating it with the force of a thousand suns, as it's the only adaption we're going to get.
It's also the only conclusion we're going to get.
>BWEEERRGGHGHHWAAWGGGAAAAAAHHHHH LOOK AT ME I READ BOOKS AIMED AT TEENAGERS WEEGGGHGHGHHHHH
GET ME MOAR BOARS
>He's a lot more handsome than the manlet
True. Dany has been suffering one downgrade after another.
Drogo>Daario 1>Daario 2>Jon
>"Yes," cries Davos, "R'hllor hungers!"
This never gets old.
She’s already a character in the MCU. She’s a gold lady who made Adam Warlock.
GOD WHAT A STUPID POST
No they're not, they're aimed at manchildren.
>tfw Jorah is a fat slob in the books but is literally the most handsome man in the entire show
God I hope he ends up killing the cunt.
God i wished somebody drove a truck right through that bar
BOARSLAAAAAAYA
BOARS IN OPEN FIELD NED
>In the show he wants Dany, which makes no sense since he tried to have her killed
Indeed and as I said, there is no logical plot to this retarded tv show, so there's no point in looking for reasons behind the character's actions.
The shitty tv show is just a collection of random scenes designed to generate "likes" on Twitter.
Back when Season 1 came out because of all the hype around it. I read the books instead of watching the show, and got into the show before Season 7 came out.
My first copy of AGOT had Sean Bean on the cover which I liked, even though I didn't always picture him as Ned when I read the book.
It's true though. The guy legitimately leaked season 6 and 7. Tyrion fucks over something somehow and becomes a traitor. His loyalties lie with his family and what little of it he has left. He gets a trial and is then executed. I'm guessing he blows up KL and all the people within it. He says at the trial "they deserve it" and the "they" probably refers to the plebs at KL who were cheering for him to be killed for joffrey's murder.
I read the first three during the break between S1 and S2, and the other two between S2 and S3. Feels like a lifetime ago.
Varys really should have just been killed after helping Tyrion escape, better to have had him die than make his motives make completely no sense whatsoever.
Tyrion should have been executed in S4 desu. He's done nothing of note for three seasons now.
Revenge for Matthos at long last
>Tyrion fucks over something somehow and becomes a traitor.
Reasonable.
>I'm guessing he blows up KL and all the people within it.
How is that even possible?
That's a big fookin guess man
New thread:
He leaked the first episode and the last big twist: Tyrion will betray Jon/Dany and will be executed.
>not posting the real one
That sword looks smaller than I remember.
