I've learned something these past few weeks as I suffered through a bad Chest infection. Some nights I would lay in bed begging God to relieve my pain, of course nothing happened.
You see, God does not give a shit about you. He does not care if you are a good person or love him, he will let you suffer. The man who loves and prays to God will suffer just as much as the man who doesn't.
God is not to be loved, God is to be geared. You just need to hope you stay out of his attention and that he doesn't choose you to pick on. He is like the high school bully. You do your best to avoid his attention and hope he doesnt choose you to pick on.
What helped me through my pain was medication, developed by Man. Of course, taking this medication, the illness (God) fought back. It was Man vs God, with Man trying to help me and God trying to make me suffer.
Anyway, just wanted to share my two cents
