Yeah, it's alright. Sort of has an Indiana Jones-vibe going for it.

No.

Second-best 90s superhero flick after Pic Related

There are wops in it though

(and that's a good thing)

is RLM the ultimate pleb filter?

yeah some friends of mine recommended to me recently haha it's incredible

No, watch Inventing the Abbots instead - it has Jennifer Connely topless and also a nice upskirt scene.

>is a movie with prime Connelly and Dalton good
What do you think?

>the boringtom

Nah. It's one of those literally who cares' movies.

Yes

You thought you were being clever typing this out, didn’t you?

Retard

He does jack fucking shit in his comic
No action, no explosions or robots, monsters, zombies, ninjas, nothing but talk talk talk
As a kid I fucking hated that boring motherfucker

Alec Baldwin may have been a good Shadow but the story was garbage. Why couldn't they have just based it off of just one of the hundreds of authentic Shadow novels?

go ask your friends at rlm, loser.

It was a nice film that unfortunately never reached critical mass with an audience. I enjoyed it, though.

"Where's your stunt double now, Sinclair?" "I do my own stunts."

"Do they pay you in dollars or deutche marks?"

"Hold it, Frankenstein. You're not bullet-proof."

I may have gotten some of those quotes wrong. Oh well. It's been ages since I've seen it.

One of my favorite films as a kid. Had I been older it would have been fp material with prime Jennifer Connelly.

and that's a good thing!

"I may not make an honest buck, but I'm a hundred percent American!"

Watched this movie when 9 years old.

Jennifer Connelly gave me funny feelings that were still rather pleasant at the same time. Thank you Jennifer, for giving me lifelong heterosexuality.

No but there was a poster of this in the theater i went to as a child and the poster was kino as fuck

The opening scene has an excellent score and great look to it. It's really artistic, but the rest of the movie is relatively mediocre, beyond the flying scenes and a few dramatic shots. I'm still a really big fan of the style of the movie, but as a movie it's average.

In the comic book the Rocketeer's girlfriend was a Bettie Page look alike.

>tfw rocketeer is my old friend's favorite movie
>tfw its the same "friend" who fucked my gf while i was out of town

Jokes on him though I fucked a fat girl for revenge hahahahaha oh god kill me

thats what you get for trusting women

I remember seeing the poster for this and thinking it'd be a Phantom 2040 movie. Then it was only on at the cinema for like a week because it bombed and I didn't get to see it for about 3 more years. It's pretty great though.

God fucking damn. I was wondering why Yea Forums (aka zoomer central) was interested in this movie all of a sudden and realized it's because Reddit Letter Media just did a video on it. I hate this board.

90s was a strange time for superhero movies. It's like they thought they were trying to replicate the success of Batman by adapting more Golden Age stuff, not just because Batman was cool. We got Dick Tracy as well because of this.

same reason everybody has wanted samurai movie recommendations, some samurai vidya gayme just came out
