The onscreen personalities are treated the best, more vacation, free time basically come and go as much as the want. Gavin, Burnie and the executives are the richest there. The disposable staff are treat like shit and have to work 16+ hours day with no down time. Barb legit went off at this intern because he bumped into her in the hall. Didn't see him again.
