So I've been thinking about this recently and tried to put some hard numbers down instead of just speculating, so here goes:

The average female human height (in the US at least) is about 161.8 cm. The average Na'vi height is about 300cm (according to the wiki). This means that the average Na'vi woman is approximately 1.85 times the height of an average human woman.

Now, since the Na'vi phenotype is very humanoid, we can generally assume that this 1.85 modifier to height can also be applied to most other given ratios of body measurements e.g. arm length, leg length, cranial capacity, waist size etc. etc. basically any size you can think to measure on a person, times it by 1.85 and you have the average Na'vi measurement.

Bear with me for this one, it will make sense. The Master Series Large Red buttplug is 4.0 inches wide i.e. it has a circumference of 31.92 cm. There are many videos and images online of women fully inserting this buttplug into their anus, thus we know it's fully possible for the female human anus to accept 31.92 cm of circumference. If we apply our Na'vi modifier of 1.85 we can safely assume the female Na'vi anus can accept at least 59.1 cm of circumference.
