Team Killer were probably the first to finish up their work because some of the cuts from their scenes were still using Alita v1 from the 1st trailer.

Well part of it is that they deliberately changed her face after she gets the berserker body to look more mature, but that's interesting though, her face must have been crazy hard to render.
