You see there was a time where LA radio only played the black album and sometime load/reload. Then one night, on KROQ's Furious Five at 9 countdown show, they played the top 5 metallica songs as voted by listeners. The number 1 song was Master of Puppets. Blew my 14 year old mind. Bought the album immediately. My family took a vacation to san diego and I listened to that album all weekend.
