Hadn't heard of this when it came out, just watched the entire first season.
Honestly this is really very fucking good.
Really surprised and Happy! that Season 2 is airing right now.
Yea Forums's thoughts?
Happy!, the show where Christopher Meloni gets pegged by a eunuch with a strap-on
Pure kino tv
Its better than the comic, but the comic has a much better ending, its a shame they didn't go for it.
basic cable shows are for boomer losers
this is a Netflix / HBO board
Happy! is on Netflix, dummy.
How'd the comic end?
The show's still going by the way.
>How'd the comic end?
Nick dies.
It’s fucking great.
What happens to patton "I unironically murdered my wife and got away with it" oswalt
the first season was surprisingly good. i can't believe it's on syfy.
Goes back to the kid I think.
Is this one of those le ebin reddit quirky maymays type of things?
Meloni seems like he's having a lot of fun with it.
no. try watching it.
>patton oswald
you're gonna need to do more than type "watch it" to get me to actually do that
Seen the Crank movies?
It reminds me a lot of that in both level of violence and type of humor.
Its like max payne and crank had a baby. good show
It’s based on a comic written by Grant Morrison, who is a literal wizard
I was going to skip this just solely because of Patton Cuckwald but it turned out to be pretty decent
>convince me
Watch it or don't, use your head
I have similar reservations with the presence of that faggot.
It's worth it, most if the time I can forget he's involved and you don't have to look at him so that's a plus.
>Christopher Meloni
I fucking love this guy
Same bro
This was my thought watching it too. Then I found out the same guy directed this show.
The Patton Oswald character isn't too bad in it, but doesn't offer anything good to the series either.
I found the first season decent but felt it tried a bit too hard in constantly trying to out weird itself. It's about a hard boiled ex cop and an imaginary friend bringing down a child kidnapping ring. It's a quirky enough premise by itself, they don't need to make every single character as over the top absurd as they can. The show felt a bit like it's missing a straight man.
> Now the show is all about his black ex and his black kid
>they don't need to make every single character as over the top absurd as they can
have sex.
I like it. a lot tamer than the source material though.
Dilate.
