my dad loves F1, I would watch with him when I was younger but was never really interested in it cause I'd just focus on football (not NA football) 24/7. Saw this on Netflix and now I'm closely following F1. Can't wait for Sunday.

The doc is really fucking well made. I love that they include interviews with the team directors and owners as well. Some of the parts are clearly over dramatized but still was a really good watch.

Agreed. Personally, I would have liked if it was more analytically and followed the score from race to race and filled you in as to what happened between races. A narrator could have helped but overall I really like it.

>motor
>sport
pick one

are you rarted? You know how fast these dudes have to react in order to not launch themselves into a wall at 300+ KMH? Its counts as a sport

I don't even like F1 but this doc is kino

I have no fucking clue why I remember this movie.

YES BUT F1 IS STILL PLEB COMPARED TO RALLY AKA THE TRUEST MOTORSPORT

I've never cared about racing. I think NASCAR is boring, but I watched the IndyCar race last week and it was pretty fun. I don't know why NASCAR is the most popular kind of racing in America when the cars are all at the same speed, all going in a circle, often in a straight line.

I really want to get into Rally, but it's an extra paid subscription here, so eh~ Maybe one day.

It was originally more speed based but the use of restrict plates made the cars the same speed to help avoid going airborne, nascar is way more rough than Indy or F1 open wheel cars are very fragile and a slight oversight could end the race, nascar with close wheel designs result in rougher pushing and shoving which can be pretty intertaining

IVE DONE STOCKCAR LAPS AT 200 AND ITS FUCKING INTENSE

ONLY LOOKS BORING ON TV, BUT YES TURNLEFT IS NOTHING SKILL WISE COMPARED TO RALLY

I don't deny it takes a lot of skill to be a good NASCAR racer, but I just can't enjoy watching it. I like seeing the IndyCars zoom past each other, but that doesn't happen much in NASCAR.

yeah thats fine whatever. Point is some retards refuse to view motorsports as a sport

nascar is fucking boring.
Or at least I thought so. I then watched a documentary on nascar.

Holy shit nascar is even more boring than I tought.

based

indy is like a way more enjoyable nascar

There are some good races out there, particularly old black and white ones where they had every car model imagineable beating the shit out of each other around a dirt track at 80 mph, I agree that f1 and Indy is more interesting to watch on a usual basis, it’s really only classic races worth watching with nascar

are you black ?

I understand they want to make the cars safer so people don't die, but it doesn't make for a very exciting race in my opinion.

> implying the most kino motorsport isn't this

PUT THAT THANG IN SPORT

>driving around a corner with 200 km/h is pleb

>stopped reading at driving
