Yeah that user is saying bullshit. The parents of that kid are drowning because of their stupid dog, the swimmer (surfer actually) tries to save them but Scarlett Johannsson murders the surfer so the parents drown and the baby of those parents is left all alone on the beach.
This all happens in broad daylight and the webm is showing the later scene how the kid is still helpless and utterly alone at the remote beach at night crying out his existence and ultimately dying ofcourse
