>I don't particularly like Joe Rogan but I wouldn't say I hate him either. He's a terrible stand up comedian but he can be quite witty on the podcast.
>90% of his guests are literal who stand up's or MMA tards I have zero interest in whatsoever.
>The only guests I like are the ones that talk about psychedelics, conspiracies and other weird shit (Stamets, Hancock, Carlson etc) or when he occasionally has a legend like Tyson or Jake Roberts on.
>The Elon Musk episode was literally the worst podcast I've ever seen.
What are your own experiences with the Joe Rogan Experience?
>weird shit Go back to oh so random modern cartoons
Jose Brown
But I don't like them, being a boomer I much prefer classic Simpsons
Jeremiah Moore
>What are your own experiences with the Joe Rogan Experience? Quite positive if he's got an interesting guest. Most female guests feel forced because of gender or their father (hi Mikhaila!) however there are clear exceptions to this: Rhonda Patrick was great for example, better talking points and a better speaker than most male guests.
Sometimes I like, depends on the guest. A lot of the time they end talking about the same shit over and over. I gotta tell you, I don't give a fucking shit about the Comedy Store.
Jace Gray
Cringe and r*ddit pilled. Bobs Burgers is more your style
Ryan Young
>adopts a dreamy look and starts talking about 'the craft' of comedy >guest compares him to other great comedians as though he's up there with them >"Thanks, man. You know Eddie Murphy once told me I was a funny motherfucker" >my work, my writing, my creative process >finally check out his standup >fucking seriously?
His standup is funny. He’s not the greatest comedian in the world but he is still great. Honestly sick of that meme tbqh
Eli Gray
That new Victorian Medicine chick was cool to listen to.
Liam Butler
Literally the only people who dislike Joe are NPCs told to. He has every type of person on and is a really good host. There isn't another podcast where you're gonna get a guy running for President on and next day a dude wearing a hat of mushrooms and talking about them in depth
If it wasnt for his out of nowhere stand in ufc commentating, he would be where he is, he even admits calling fights when his friends and best friends fight. Its all dor money and playface. Fuck theo von too, i would have never known that toxic white trash if it werent dor Joe rogan.
Elijah Bennett
What are some /tv approved podcasts? >Cumtown >Chapo Trap House
Sebastian Ramirez
This isn't going to undermine him, come up with your own compelling content
John Morgan
he should bring owen benjamin back on. that would be amazing
Jaxson Anderson
Sounds pretty interesting indeed, thanks for the tip!
Dominic Sullivan
The Musk podcast was awful because Musk is the greatest conman of the 21st century. He's the modern PT Barnum rolling out his ideas like a side show for everyone to gasp in amazement at, but in reality they're all just some fat bitch with a glued on beard or a retarded person he picked up off the street and put an animal skin on. He was so laconic and awkward specifically because his entire ruse relies on appearing inscrutable and mysterious. Dude should shack up with Elizabeth Holmes and give birth to the biggest bullshitters the world has ever seen.
>completely unfunny and so are all of his suckup friends that he tries to prop up using his own fame (bert kreisher, ari shaffir, joey diaz etc) >absolute hypocrite with no backbone in any of his beliefs unless its about cannabis >talks about his "craft" even though most people only know him for fear factor and the jre and compares himself to people who got famous because of their good standup >got into drugs later in his life so he cant shut the fuck up about them >early podcast was kinda comfy because he would just shoot the shit with comedians or random unknown people and now its soulless and corporate and joe talks like hes david frost or some shit while having big name celebrities come on just to shill their dumb products or scams
Christian Wright
Strike&Mike FTN America First with Nick Fuentes Love Street
Samuel Lopez
He is also legit autistic and completely devoid of charisma and Rogan kisses his ass like he's some Einstein tier genius
Nathaniel Bailey
That was a great one, i usualy only listen to the audio version working out but gonna have to watch the video version of that one since she kept bringing out props and googlin images apparently.
I felt exactly the same, it's even worse when he gets a top comedian like Bill Burr was a couple of years ago and Joe was pretending they were both peers at the top of the heap
I cannot fathom why he hasn't ever had David Icke on the show.
Knowing Rogan he'd say he's too "WOO" despite licking the anus of people like Alex Jones and Graham Hancock
Adrian Lewis
saw on youtube a channel called "joe rogan university" which is probably the most humorous thing directly or indirectly related to joe rogan.
Kevin Clark
Guy wont shut the fuck up to save his life. Only asks questions after ranting on about random shit for 15 minutes straight while his guests just look at him while nodding.
Ryan Hall
What kind of NPC do you have to be to find the likes of Joey Diaz and Eddie Bravo funny or interesting?
He seems to be having less interesting/esoteric guests and more fucking stand up nobodies that he met at the (lest we forget) COMEDY STORE
The worst thing is when he gets a legit interesting guest and then gets some fucking nobody buddy of his to join in as a third wheel, like that douchebag in the Jake Roberts episode.
Carter Cooper
I've listened to a bunch of his shows and... I'm overall indifferent to him. He's carved out a comfortable niche as a man on man interviewer but overall his interview method isn't particularly illuminating and once you've heard one episode of JRE you've pretty much heard them all. I mean it's still a decent way to kill a few hours and pay half attention to while you're doing something else, but yea.
Brayden Davis
Have you ever tried DMT in a sensory deprivation tank?
Hudson Gutierrez
whilst under the influence of edibles and staring at posters of Gobekli Tepe?
Justin Nelson
>he doesnt like eddie bravo
seems like you need to look into it
Gabriel Brown
>What are your own experiences with the Joe Rogan Experience? Couldn't give a crap about his recent SJW endeavours. I hate how since his feud with Jones he brings up some political correctness topic with every fucking guest he has on with the exception of Roger Penrose, which was one of his best podcasts.
Lincoln Miller
>Roger Penrose
Yeah, I was way too low IQ for that one
Adrian Cook
>Sam Harris, Gad "Gadfather" Saad, Lawrence Krauss, Neil 'The Grass' Tyson, Roger Fucking Penrose
>hurr durr his guests are mma tards and unfunny comedians
yeah, it's not anyone's fault but your own that you are a massive brainlet
James Bell
>checks Owens youtube page >"Rogan takes it up the ass" fucking kek
Joe is scared to death of him now. Both mentaly and phisicaly.
Connor Peterson
Everyone on Yea Forums shits on his humor so hard. I don't know, I always liked his stand-up. Maybe it helps that I saw his stand up way before he became a meme.
Jacob Cook
It's shit because he's not an interviewer and he's not a comedian in a practical sense. He's just some manic fuck who likes to talk and there's no thought behind it.
But Tesla and Spacex actually produce world changing technologies. How is that a con?
Ryan Allen
So was Rogan, that's why he kept his mouth shut on that one.
Aaron Morgan
>actually produce world changing technologies lol
Juan Lee
This is not how you greentext, yo dummy.
This is how you greentext.
Fuck off, newfag.
Camden Taylor
Eddy Bravo is hilarious because he is dumb as a rock and it pisses off even moderately stupid people around him. I mean, in a room with Joe Rogan and Alex Jones, Eddy was the one who seemed out of his league.
Samuel Green
I'm not a huge fan, but his podcasts with Alex Jones are legitimately comfy.
Blake Jones
Weird flex but okay.
Zachary Ward
He just decimated the Russian space agency. Literally changing the socio-economic landscape of the world.
Brayden Perez
He's a radical centrist who will adopt the political views of whoever his current guest is. If his guest is Henry Rollins, he'll poke fun at Trump. If his guest is Ben Shapiro he'll poke fun at SJWs. I mean I can see how a centrist could hate both Trump and SJWs at the same time. But Rogan never gets heated with any of his guests, he's just too spineless and agreeable to look any of his guests in the eye and tell them why he thinks they're full of shit.
Also his weird self identification as a comedian is pretty cringe worthy. He tries so hard to fit in with that club, but the reality is he's just not that funny. He's like the guy you allow to hang out with you and your friends out of pity even though no one truly likes him.
Also, the worst podcast episode is by far Ted Nugent. The dude just rambled on the entire time about nothing and Rogan just sat, barely able to get a word in because Nugent just dominated the entire podcast.
Jaxon Martinez
I'm currently watching the episode with the victorian medicine chick and Rogan goes on a 10 minute rant about cocaine in fucking ancient Egypt
Fucking idiot
Jaxson Walker
*tips*
Jonathan Nelson
But that was relevant to the discussion. What's your point?
Mason Gutierrez
It’s literally horrible. He’s ass-kissed for his platform by every comic now but he sucks. His scientist podcasts can be interesting though.
Cooper Evans
Rogan is an average guy who tries to sound smart. Whenever he has guests that are far more knowledgeable than him, it shows. He'll go off on a tangent on something he heard before if it's remotely related to the current discussion. The problem is he's going off on that tangent by himself. He stops engaging with his guest in an attempt to make himself look smart.
I like it occasionally, but I hate Eddie Bravo. Literally lose brain cells listening to him.
Leo Young
>The only guests I like are the ones that talk about psychedelics You're a CIA ginnie pig of the American Alvis Huxley institute. Joe Rogan goes there a lot "enlan institute" I think it's called
I just watched the first few minutes of his stand up from 2017 and it just wasn't good. It's very Dane Cook-ish, except less polished and worse delivery. I dunno, I know humor is subjective, but I can't think of any comedians that are less funny than Joe Rogan.
Angel Wilson
>Literally the only people who dislike Joe are NPCs told to. He has every type of person on and is a really good host. There isn't another podcast where you're gonna get a guy running for President on and next day a dude wearing a hat of mushrooms and talking about them in dept CIA...
I think he exaggerates a lot but he is always consistent with his stories. He comes out with some funny as fuck shit
Brody Cooper
I'll agree with Diaz but Edgy Brah is bro as fuck and is the perfect antagonist to make things interesting. Judging by how he got Alex Jones going and always gets Jamie riled up I'm actually 50/50 as to whether he's actually a master troll with a tongue in cheek sense of humor.
havent managed to listen to more than 10 minutes of this guy's ramblings, he's awful and you should kill yourselves for enabling him to put out this shit
Henry Phillips
who are you quoting?

I havent liked any clips ive seen, but I really like the Howard Stern show, is there any cool episode I should watch today?
Justin Evans
>not one mention of chimps Clearly didn't listen to a full episode.
Carson Perez
Chuck Pahlniuk
David Smith
wtf are you talking about? he was openly trolling the brainlet Alex Jones
Yeah and sign of a low level IQ is liking him, what's your point?
James Morgan
No, that would be Trump. Massive bullshitter who now has nothing to show for his time in office.
Chase Thompson
To me, it is like a night out with the dudes. (Or as I imagine it, being a non-father in my mid 20s). Also, Mikhaila Peterson being on the show is not exactly unreasonable since a fair amount of his guests are there due to personal connections to Joe Rogan or his guests. Didn't watch her episode tho, as is is the case with most of the episodes with female guests (contradicting the regular's table athmosphere and male-oriented points of interest).
Bentley Ramirez
His stand up is sick desu, his execution is dope and i like how he gives you real information while having everyone laugh. His podcasts are great too because his personality and patience just work so well with guests.
And the guests are all do dignified and smart within their own circles, obviously you won't know everyone, they aren't meant to be just actors and spokesperson ls, they are real scientists and historians and so on. The best thing about them is that they never run out of things to say, even when they are done and wrapping things up it feels like they could go on!
If you didn't like Elon Musk I'd highly recommend you go and at least see clips of it on YouTube, just the parts of AI, Google, and technology. I get that crazy drug stories are interesting but when you really get into the meat and potatoes of JRE you get some really great insights about the real world.
I find Joe is funnier than Bill Burr. Bill feels like he's rambling on, not saying he isn't great but Joe has razor sharp execution on his punchlines and delivery.
Samuel Baker
>You see that faggot who thinks I care about his opinion? >No way, what the hell... Thats crazy. >Pull that up Apu, not that one, no, thats a marvel thread, THAT one. >Ill be honest with you, hes retarded.
It wasn't bad, actually. Props to her for standing her ground when he lectured her for ten minutes about how people are never in a position where they don't have enough energy to exercise. They both had a point and I think his staunch disagreement was more a communication breakdown than anything else but she held her own where a lot of people would have caved and said, "Yeah, maybe you're right." It's something he does to people a lot when there's a subject he's particularly animated about and they usually cave, Mikhaila wouldn't have it. Fair play to her.
Joseph Richardson
Both Brian Cox episodes were fantastic.
Brandon Miller
no but the Doug Stanhope - Joey Diaz episode where we find out Joeys real name is the 90s was Joey Jingles is kino
Elijah Myers
>THé nipple shouldn’t be covered. Everyone is dumb XD.
Not funny
