I love Ghidorah, but so far it seems that only the recent anime movie and KOTM treat him as the extinction level monster he is.
In Showa he's pretty meh, almost mind controlled all of the time, in Heisei he's cool looking but way too weak, and the best design was used in a forgettable Mothra's movie
Always thought Bagan had the potential (at least design wise) to be the "new" arch nemesis of Godzilla. But since Toho doesn't do movie with new monsters anymore I think he's canned for good
