idgi, there was nothing too complex and I think everything was explained in dialogue

Embarassing

Only film that I didn't understand was tinker tailor soldier spy and mission impossible. What a shitty spy movies.

Haven't seen it since theaters she was talking to some aliens or some shit and something about her daughter or some shit from the future
Honestly I don't remember but when I saw it it didn't seem too complex

Anyways he's a retard who reads the plot before a movie that's just ruining it and making sure you'd never know if you could figure it out on your own even if it was super high brow

>atheist intellectuals

Her daughter wasn't born they gave her visions or something
Love and emotion brought everyone together
Something gay and done a million times or what not

>plebs don't even realize which movie he watched

he's a boomer. they can't stop thinking about how good their own farts smell for one second so naturally things that require extended attention are difficult for them

The 'time is flat' narrative makes more sense in the book due to how it's written. It works in the film too, but not nearly as well. There should have been more emphasis on the language changing her slowly and more focussed on her, rather than the ticking clock action aspect they crowbarred in.

>everything boomers build will be forgotten and destroyed
based millennials

>plebs don't even read the plot beforehand so they can fully appreciate the motion picture

that's THE Arrival, you backwards-legged pleb

The book is a must read.
I used to read it to my little brother back a few years ago.

>watch movie
>read wikipedia summary of it right afterwards

why do I do this?

Maybe some people do need to look up the plot on wikipedia

Oh look another boomer who should be in a retirement home.

I do it too my friend.

Things clicking after you've seen a movie is still satisfying.

why is dawkins such a twat

>we wuz fish n shit
how can anyway believe this?

There's a radio show in my country with an oscar winning director, a multi-awarded writter and a former art museum's director as regular comentators of films and books.

No one understood Arrival. Maybe is a boomer's thing.
