The first act of Endgame will consist of the survivors uniting and coming up with a plan to try to fix the events of Infinity War.
Act one will start with Ant-man arriving at Avengers HQ and explain to the Earthbound survivors how its possible to use the quantum realm to traverse time and space. On hearing this Thor and Rocket set out to search for Stark. Using Storm breakers ability to utilize the bifrost they find them near to Titan. Black Widow goes to hunt for Hawkeye. Captain America and Warmachine start prep for battles ahead. Banner and Ant-man work on the quantum devices
Act two will start with Stark, Nebula, Thor and Rocket landing back on earth where Cap and Stark put aside any past differences and vow to make things right. Widow will return with the now Ronin. With the suggestion of Captain Marvel they start working on a plan to not reverse the snap but to prevent it from happening at all. With the direction of Ant-man they traverse the
quantum realm and travel to first Knowhere to relieve the Collector of his infinity stone. After obtaining the stone they then move on to Xandar to warn the Nova Corps of the impending threat of Thanos and his mission. Crucially the Hero's from the "post snap" reality do not interact with their counterparts from the "pre snap" reality.
Act three is where it all comes together. Thanos arrives at Xandar and the ensuing war is biblical. Casualties are enormous. Thanos and his army come for mass murder and the tide of the battle is
with them for large parts of it. The Avengers lack the power or equipment to wield the infinity stones. Thanos manages to obtain the Power Stone on Xandar but the Avengers already have the
Reality stone from the collector. Using the Power Stone Thanos systematically lays waste to the avengers. Widow and Hawkeye fall first. Seeing Natasha fall Hulk goes into a rage and attacks Thanos alone.
...he too falls to the power stone. Warmachine and Ant-man fall next. The power stone is even too much for Thor and he dies with Rocket by his side.
Stark, Steve and Captain Marvel are the only ones left with Thanos closing in. In the ensuing battle Stark's nano technology is used by Captain Marvel to harness the Reality stone stripping
Thanos of the power stone and the gauntlet. Using the stone debilitates Captain Marvel to the extent she is out of the battle. Stark and Steve come to the last resort that they must use the
Gauntlet with the two stones to finish Thanos knowing they cannot wield it. Cap, Stark and Thanos clash in the final fight. Stark is beaten down and Cap decides to lift the gauntlet and sacrifice
himself for the greater good to rid the universe of Thanos. Cap uses the gauntlet and is killed saving Stark and half the Universe. Stark sees it all happen.
After the battle Captain Marvel and Stark are the only Avengers left. Stark is broken. They use the quantum realm machine to traverse reality and space and they each become one with their "pre
snap" selves.
Tony Stark wakes up after having the dream he tells Pepper about them having children. Pepper is there. Forshadowing Thanos line that he's "not the only one cursed with knowledge" Stark
remembers the events of Infinity war. He is the only one. He decides to retire with pepper and Marvel takes over the role of main defender of earth. The earth bound avengers know nothing as
everything was prevented before it happened.
Since Thanos is stopped on Xandar he dosnt destroy the remaining Asgardian people and so Thor, Loki and Banner search for a new home where Thor can become king and help his people.

There's no post credits scenes.
